Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. Cat-eye glasses for MSDs?

    1. I was wondering if anyone knew of any cat-eyed glasses that would fit a Sharmin's head (even an MSD's)? I loooove the Volks cat-eyed glasses and would totally buy some if they weren't only SD sized (well, right now I'd just be asking for them for Christmas).

      You can see the glasses I'm talking about here.

      Would American Girl glasses fit? I might resort to those, even though I hate the rhinestones....

      If the American Girl glasses are meant for their standard dolls, they'll be too big for an MSD. The AG heads are much, much larger. I know they have some miniatures these days, but I'm not familiar with those. :/

    3. Oh I have glasses like that, only mine are hot pink and holographic. I got them at Wal-mart. ^^
      Though for dolls, the only thing I can think of that's anything close to that is Unoa's Fox frame glasses. It's very hard to find glasses for small MSD heads I've noticed, if you find MSD glasses they're usually for larger headed ones.

      You could always commission someone to make you glasses too, I've been thinking about it. :)

      I figured the AG ones wouldn't fit. Oh well.

    5. There are a bunch of glasses on Ebay, some vaguely cats-eye but they may be too big for Sharmin's narrow head (or any 6.5 inch cirecumference doll head). They are sold for SD and MSD but in the text some mention fitting Angel Region who have larger 7-8 heads. Try to estimate the width of Sharmin's head straight across from above one ear to above the other. Some of the glasses list their width - I think it's usully around 2 1/4 inches.

      Do this search on Ebay (I am putting in a code box to avoid anything turning into smileys)

    7. Does anyone know if the Ashton Drake Gene dolls cateye glasses would fit a 43cm Narae??
      I was just wondering as the Gene doll seems to have a bigger head.
