It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. Update Changes coming for VOLKS USA

    1. Hello everyone!

      I have some really big announcements to make for you here today.

      With 2014 being the 15[SUP]th[/SUP] Anniversary year of Dollfie, there are many things happening this year and some of those in particular will affect us here at VOLKS USA.

      We have a new manager coming in here at VOLKS USA. Here’s a special message just from him.
      "I'm dedicated to presenting joy and excitement to our customers through Volks' hobby world! I'm really looking forward to the future of VOLKS USA and I hope to create a thriving hobby base here in the United States."

      First up, we will be changing our VOLKS USA website! We hope that the new website will be easier to use and will implement a lot of positive tools and services for our customers in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We are particularly excited about some of the special services we’ll be introducing and we know that you will be, too.

      VOLKS USA will be working hard on expanding our focus to better serve our customers throughout our business area, particularly in our home country of the United States.

      Unfortunately, I do have some sad news. Our Tenshi no Sumika in Los Angeles showroom will be closing at the end of March. Our last weekend open to the public will be March 29[SUP]th[/SUP] and 30[SUP]th[/SUP]. We hope to see as many of you as possible before that point, so please come to see us whenever you can!

      We have been so honored to meet so many of you and spend time with all of you that have come to visit us at Tenshi no Sumika Los Angeles. Even if it is sad now, it is our sincere hope that these changes will be positive for VOLKS USA in the long run and support from customers like yourselves will be invaluable in the years to come.

      Please, as always, look forward to the future of VOLKS USA!

    2. Please keep us updated on the future for Volks USA, especially with the Los Angeles office closing. Will there be another TNS somewhere else opening?

    3. We definitely will be sure to update as soon as we have any new information regarding any changes, so please keep an eye out here and on our websites. We do not yet have any specific plans for a new store opening, but we cannot say that it would not happen in the future.

      It does not help to conjecture what their plans are for FCS for US customers. General questions regarding shopping services or alternatives should be posted in the appropriate subforum Buying and Shipping Questions

      Additionally, we will be having a double release for our November 2013 and Dolpa 30 Collections! Both outfit collections will be available on March 8th, 2014 at 11AM PST. As with our previous releases, this will be in our showroom as well as on the website.

      Unfortunately, VOLKS USA will no longer be offering lottery and releasing Limited Editions Super Dollfie® and Dollfie Dream® .

      On a brighter note! VOLKS INTERNATIONAL and our authorized dealer, WeLoveDolls.com will be releasing future Limited Dolls and taking Lottery Entries on our behalf.

      These changes will affect the Hometown Dolpa Kyoto 10 Limited Dolls and all future Limited Doll releases.
