Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       We are very pleased to announce that VOLKS USA will be in attendance at IDEX2013 in Orlando, Florida!

      This is the first time we have been to any event in over three years, so we are happy that we will be able to see USA doll fans again,

      We've got a lot of exciting things that are being planned. We think you'll really enjoy it!

      There are not many details available yet, but please make sure to watch our website and blog for news. We'll also post here as soon as we know more.

    2. Hello again!

      I know you've all been waiting for news about IDEX2013 and we finally have more information for you! Check out our Event Blog for the official announcement. The Event Blog is where we announce all of our official news, so keep your eyes there for the most up-to-date information.

      We will have regular Sumika Items, Limited Items, and even One-Offs available for you to welcome at the event!

      What will they be? Only time will tell, though we hope to have more information very soon. As for regular items, we can't bring everything, so if there is something you want us to bring, please send us an email to [email protected] with suggestions.

      (Please note that FL state sales tax will apply on all purchases.)

      A VOLKS Dolly Doctor will also be coming from Japan for the event, so if any of your VOLKS Super Dollfies are feeling not so well, why not make an appointment to see him? More details regarding services and scheduling will be announced very soon.

      We thank you again for your patience and we ask for just a little bit more of it. We are really looking forward to seeing all of you and remember, if you haven't registered yet please go to IDEX's Official Site and do so!

      Here's another update regarding what we will have available at IDEX.

      We are very excited to announce that we will have a very limited number of Claude, the Beast available for pre-order and purchase at the event!

      This handsome guy is event limited in Japan, so we are quite pleased to be able to offer him to those customers who can join us at IDEX!

      We are taking pre-order requests for him. If you contact us and secure your pre-order you will be guaranteed to be able to pick him up at the event. As mentioned before, his number is very limited, so please contact us soon and follow the information listed on our blog.

      We'll be posting here to update you as soon as there is more information about what other Limited Items and One-Off Models will be available, so please keep checking here and on our blogs and don't forget to register for the event!

    4. Wow! It's been a while since we posted here!

      We hope that you can forgive us as we were very busy before the event.

      We want to thank everyone who came to visit us at the VOLKS Booth, at the signing event, and at the BJD Beacon Awards Dinner. We could not have done all of this without you, our fans!
