Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. * What did you order? Souldoll Lee Jun Ki Iljimae fullset.
      * When did you order? On the beginning of January 2009. Karen kindly agreed for 3 months layaway so the transaction ended on the beginning of April.
      * How was the communication? Great! My payments were always confirmed, Karen answered all of my questions. The only problem with communication was when I didn't get the tracking number when promised, just about a week later after my reminder...
      * How easy was it to pay? Very easy with paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship? Karen shipped fast after I paid off the doll-- a few days up to a week.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? The doll and clothes are very good quality-- Souldoll makes nice dolls.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Well, yes.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? At first not, now it's all right. The problem: the doll was stained all over from the outfit and the wig. Karen gave me a good price, but still-- the doll I paid *a lot* for was dirty and really did not look like a new condition doll.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? I was very confused and e-mailed Karen right away. I asked for a partial refund since the doll's forehead was stained as well-- the doll needed a new face-up. Karen replied that Souldoll sent the doll to her dressed-- a member of DoA confirmed that Lee Jun Ki dolls in fullsets were arriving dressed by Souldoll-- and that she didn't thought about staining (the doll was in her possession for over half of a year, he was in his black clothes all that time). Karen promised to send me something great for the stains-- it's been weeks and I haven't got anything from her. I've cleaned the doll myself, and I understand that it wasn't really Karen's fault-- still, this transaction left some bad aftertaste.

      * How long did it take to ship? Karen shipped her to me as soon as she got her. It took a month for her to get the doll.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yeap.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Well, yes.

      * When did you order? 10/13/2009
      * How was the communication? Recieved an e-mail confirming the order had been received and "Will send it out priority "
      * How easy was it to pay? Paid through paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship? Although it was purchased on 10/13, the item wasn't shipped out until 10/19/2009. It was sent priority but due to the fact that it wasn't shipped until almost a week after purchase kind of made priority mail a moot point. I searched the website to see if there was some kind of delayed shipping policy. There isn't. I don't mind waiting for anything if I know that there will be a wait involved. In this case the wig might has well have been sent regular mail.

      * Were you satisfied with the product? I am satisfied with the product.

      In this case there is no problem with the product but I would suggest that in the future if there is going to be shipping delay on something that is in stock that CDS go ahead and let the buyer know up front.
