Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     5. I actually went on a site that translates your name into Kanji so that I could register. Then I nearly melted down when the secret question part came up. So I pick the one the had the kanji for "school" in it. Now to see if they ship to the U S.

    7. My first and last name don't translate neatly into kanji so I had to take my first name apart phonetically, which was fairly easy. But the last name had no kanji, and way to break the name apart phonetically, so I had to think about the meaning behind the name and choose kanji that best fit that sentiment.

      My only worry now is when they go to charge my credit card, and the names potentially not matching up. They have no option to pay with PayPal, which is more than a little inconvenient.

You can enter your name in English characters in the kanji section by using full-width romaji (I don't know how this works on Windows, but Mac users can select it as an option from the Japanese section of the Language & Text preferences) and write your name phonetically in katakana for the kana section. I don't know how Dolk's credit card system works, but I've usually been able to use my UK credit card on Japanese-only sites without an issue.

    10. Ok, I just got an email from Dolk today. They noticed I live in the USA, so they asked if I could send them the payment through PayPal, as well as my English name! Yay! No more credit card worries!
