Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       A "Crazy Sale" Ange Ai Uri (just a basic Uri, but on sale for 55 USD)

      Order shipped on April 20, 2012

      Absolutely terrible. Worst communication I've ever seen from a doll company. Custom House never once replied to any single one of the messages I sent them, and I sent them quite a few. I was especially upset that they did not reply to my questions about their failure to follow their 'within 60 business days' guarantee, nor did they give me any kind of compensation for that failure.
      I do believe that their message board has been unanswered for at least 2 or 3 months now.

      Very easy, through Paypal

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Definitely, considering the sale price; it was actually a very nice doll upon arrival

      Yes

      I was kind of surprised with it, but yes, I was very satisfied

      No. Now that I have all the molds I want from them, I have no need to. If I should develop an interest in another of their molds, their past behavior will forever make me think twice about ordering from them ever again.

      Awful they never answered any question other then a copy/paste answer like "We will send your order soon."

      Easy paypal

      yes It was great! My order was correct!

      Yes very much so!

      Yeah It was a great product

      I got the dolls at the end of April 2012
      * How was the communication?
      I did get in touch with them on occasions but I never asked directly about my order, it was more out of concern for the whole situation.
      They probably only got back to me because I wrote in Japanese which I then Google translated in to Korean but they were always friendly and apologetic in their messages.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy.

      It was great considering the price!

      Yup.

      They need better customer service to back up their products.

      Uncertain due to the change in management. The long wait this time was unfortunate and the company should have kept everyone posted on a regular basis.

      * How was the communication? not the best I had to get my boss to help me talk to them and she got pretty mad.

      * How easy was it to pay? yes very easy to pay

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? I got it on sell so it was great deal the price was good for the quality

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes, she looks great but her skin is very pale she looks more natural in the photo but that is pretty picky of me.

      * Were you satisfied with the product? Yes, I am very happy with it.

      * Would you order from this company again? No, even if the quality is great they jerked around a lot of people and I feel like the only reason I got my doll is because I had some one call. If my boss had not called it would have taken a lot more time.

      yes,they have great dolls I just wish they treated the people who buy a little better.
