Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases.       Very pleased with the short waiting time.

      They didn't slouch with their Quality Control although they were running an event.

      Their English is adequate and I had no difficulty getting all of my questions answered before I committed to ordering from them.

      * How easy was it to pay?

      They do not link directly to Paypal; however, all I had to do was make my payment to their PP address as listed on their site front page with my order number. They confirmed my payment the next day.

      * How long did it take to ship?

      Since my order was for dolls with extra parts that needed to be from the same batch of resin to be color matched it probably took a little longer than in stock. And, my order was done during an event promotion too. My order arrived May 07, 2012 which I consider as perfectly reasonable.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

      Yes, both resin colors are lovely and the finish work was excellent.

      Yes

      Most definitely!

      30-40 days. I wanted them delivered on a certain day and the package would've come by then if the Customs wouldn't have picked up the packet.

      Quality was good and resin was bubblefree and solid color, good price for the quality I got.

      D-storic forgot to send my Rook body with Miso and Narae -head. They sent it week after when I told them about the situation. Narae -head also had a casting flaw on the other side of the lip, I decided not to e-mail D-storic about this and fixed the problem myself.

      They sent the forgotten item right away.

      I would and I already have ordered again.

      I had no problems with communication. When there was a problem with the FRreal resin, D-Storic emailed me. When they shipped Dandelion, a problem happened? and she sat in customs in NYC but was returned to D-storic. D-storic again emailed me with the new tracking number and she arrived a few days later.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very simple to pay.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      A little over 60 days as the resin color slowed the process.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes, I am very pleased with the quality.

      * How was the communication?
      In the beginning it was good and prompt. I posted a message on their Q&A board after placing my order to ask them not to ship the doll before mid-February as I would move early February. They replied within a few days saying this was not a problem.
      In April I posted on their message board asking if since my order had not been shipped yet, I could add a face-up. I received no reply.
      End of May I posted on their message board that I due to the lack of communication I was requesting a refund and that I had contacted my credit card company. I received no reply.
      I received a shipping notification by email end of June. I found my tracking number on their website.
      After my credit card company opened a PayPal dispute on my behalf in July I was contacted by D-storic (3 days after the dispute was initiated) asking if I had received my order. I let them know that the package was stuck at customs and I would notify PayPal once I had received the order in good condition.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy with PayPal.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      6 months minus 3 days.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      I'm not 100% happy with the resin quality, but my perception may be coloured by the bad experience of no communication and having to file a claim with my CC company. Compared with some of the distorted and severely discoloured dolls that have been shipped, the quality is appropriate for the event price.

      Yes.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      With the product: yes. With the service: no.

      N/A.

      If they manage to keep up communication and ship quality dolls out for a reasonable time period, I may consider it. I will make sure I pay with credit card again, if I do order from them again.

      It depends on the quality of the product. They did ship out poor quality dolls that slipped past quality control.

      Good at beginning. But then they got problems and they never response the emails and the Q&A board. At the middle of June, looks like they change their staff and the communications has very good.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Paypal with confirmation from them.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Very long, 6 months. They were overbooking

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      I'm very happy with the resin. They send me half sanded few parts and a little casting problem on the mouth of one of my heads.

      I would say better. The photos are very old and don't shows the beautiful of this dolls.

      Yes

      They send me a wrong head and chest part but once I reported, they respond me very quickly and send me the new parts in a week.

      Yes. They had problems with many orders but the new staff is amazing and keeps the people inform. They work very hard.

      Excepting the bad conditions dolls and yellowed ones.
