It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. This post is to reflect those who entered swaps and did not in any way or form keep in communication with/send a swap item to their partner and/or with the swap host.

      I strongly urge anyone hosting swaps to prevent them from entering further swaps until they honor the defaulted swap.

      First Bi-Monthly Swap

      Ciniron owes Alyrenee a swap item for Marsha
      plebeian-kit owes Wee_Little_Faerie a swap item for Pidge
      Trin Earth owes Faya a swap item for Pyrrhus (confirmed with Faya 11-26-2006)
      Gwendolen owes Rattimoth a swap item for Alyona (as of 12-07-2006)

      Second Bi-Monthly Swap
      YoshidaEri owes kittie98 a swap item for Zylphia Riordian

      As anyone who had participated in the Bi-Monthly Swap and was a little late, I tend to micro-manage a bit and send out multiple reminder PM's. They usually look something like this:

    2. According to ciniron's profile, she hasn't logged on since April. But her livejournal has been updating. It seems she was in a bit of financial problem due to a pet? But I can't confirm.
      *July7 update* It now says her last login was 05-23-2006. Well within the PM-receiving timeframe.

      According to plebeian-kit's profile, she logged on 3 days ago but still no response.

    3. Also from the first swap, these people did maintain contact, but gradually stopped replying:

      On Monday June 5th, I gave these members a final opportunity to reply by Saturday June 10th. Neither of these members made an effort to reply.

    4. Replying here on Gwendolen's behalf. Gwendolen has had both computer and work related problems, so she has been unable to use the internet, but the swap present is almost finished and will soon be on its way with apologies (and if I understood correctly, with some extras). She is very sorry that she has kept her swap partner waiting, and for not being able to keep her updated.

    7. I just wanted to post that I have been in touch with my partner (albeit only every few weeks, but I haven't been able to get online due to moving & not having internet for a while). My only access has been at work which HEAVILY restricts my access to bulletin board / forums.

      That being said, it is NOT an excuse for my being late. But the item has been made, and has actually been literally sitting on a table in my house since April now. I have expressed this to my partner and she has been more than understanding.

      I understand being listed here... but I wanted to point out that I have been in contact :( And my partner knew why my contact was a little sporadic...

    15. I'll add myself to this list because I should be on here. I still owe nothern_raven something from the first swap and I'm very sorry. I still have plans to send something but at the rate I'm going I'm sure norther_raven has given up on me. I don't really have an excuse but I didn't think I should be excluded just because I got lucky and wasn't mentioned.

Actually, you're not on the list because northern_raven asked me to drop it. ^^;; And since you (and not a third party) was consistantly in contact, I decided to go with northern_raven's wishes. ^^ However, if you do decide to still send her something for the swap, that'd be very nice. ^^

    17. I'm bumping this thread as a heads up to those involved in the Halloween Swap (4th bi monthly swap). I'll be posting negative feedback here and in personal feedback threads for those people that fail to send their gifts. Contact me or your partner to aoid being listed here.

    18. 12/06/06 BloodLath and Heartofglitter have not fulfilled their swaps.

      I have tried repeatedly to contact them, but neither has responded.

      In the case of BloodLath she received 2 gifts and has not contacted her partners or the host to update on the status.

      This swap has been dragging on for 2 months. Heartofglitter has not looged on since late Nov. BloodLath has been on most days, but has not opened the pms I sent. Everyone else got the pms that I sent, so I know it isn't an issue with the pm system.

      Please consider this carefully when you choose to have dealings with these people. A swap is not a gift, it is a transaction. You send a gift and get a gift. Not sending a gift is theft and not even communicating with your partner is rude and irresponsible.

    20. never did get anything from Gwendolen.. but I made Alyona something wonderful to make up for it before she went to her new home...

      its great to see swap organisers keeping an eye on defaulters, its NOT easy to run a swap and I am SURE that everyone who participates appreciates your efforts
