Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. Den of Angels Calendars, T-shirts, and Notebooks

    1. As you may remember, in August we held a number of contests and events.

      The calendar from the 2010 Calendar Contest is now available on Lulu!

      There are two versions - a standard 13 month contest, and then the 15 month "Lucky 13" version with two more images chosen in the Lucky 13 competition.

      They will be available through early January.

      Note: Today there is a 20% off coupon from Lulu in honor of Daylight Savings Time. Enter "FALLBACK" when you check out. It is valid through 11/2.

      DoA T-Shirts
      Because several people have requested a second order period, we have put the DoA 5th Anniversary and Retro design t-shirts back up for sale on our Cafepress shop for 1 week. After this, we won't be selling them again until next year.

      We are also adding 1 design, DoA's 2009 t-shirt design. It will be available until 12/31/09. (Hopefully we'll be able to hold a contest for a member-created 2010 design next year.)

      Some people had complained about the lack of black t-shirt options, so this was designed specifically for dark colors. Unfortunately, Cafe Press has a higher base price for dark designs, so we have also added light color options and a "value" t-shirt option. (Please keep in mind that for the light color shirts, if you choose pink or yellow, the white parts of the design will be pink or yellow.)

      DoA Notebooks
      Lastly, we have the notebooks from the Coloring+ Contest winners.

      We have also added the "official" version (drawn and colored by Aimee Major and Aimee Cummings [armeleia]) and an awesome notebook using Anzukami's "You and Your Doll" illustration from Little Art #2.

      These will be available through 12/31/2009.

    4. I just tested it on my personal (non-DoA) account and it worked. You may need to be logged in to a Lulu account to be able to use the coupon, but I'm not sure.

    8. I just placed my order for the calender. The promo code SHOWOFF worked for me. I also noticed another promo code in the order confirmation email that I received. It will probably work for a longer time period than the other one. I'm pretty sure that you have to be logged in to use a promo code at all.

    10. As of right now, there are no doll-sized DoA shirts. :) Which isn't to say that there won't be in the future, but only human tshirts are available right now.

      I'm having issues trying to order a shirt. If it was a week from the original post (02/11/2009) does that mean I'm not able to sneak in on the last day and order something?

    12. Today is the last day for the 2009 t-shirt design - the notebooks will hang around a bit longer, but the t-shirts will be gone tomorrow. If you are intending to get this design, please be sure to order today!

      We'll probably do a new t-shirt design later in 2010, but at this point we haven't made any decisions about it.

      The calendar will be retired in a few weeks.
