Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. What did you order?

      Yi in whiteskin :D

      When did you order?

      August 30th

      How was the communication?

      Very good, had slight confusion on my end by trying to get a reply through their LiveJournal account, turns out that emailing them is MUCH faster. :D

      How easy was it to pay?

      Had some trouble getting the purchase inquiry to send, had to have a friend do it. From then on it was easy, used PayPal.

      How long did it take to ship?

      He was shipped towards the end of September, so I'd say roughly three weeks?

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

      Yes, they're beautiful dolls.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?

      I actually got the wrong mold, so no, he didn't look much like a Yi at all. :sweat But he certainly looks like a San! :XD: The faceup is also different from the default pictured on the site, but that was afterwards explained to be due to the artist having new assistants.

      Were you satisfied with the product?

      Yes and no. On the one hand, he's an absolutely beautiful doll who's stood up to a lot of "newbie" mistakes. He's resisted staining very well -- I have him in all black, and the only discoloration is from his wig, but that was easily fixed.

      On the other hand, he's a San. :sweat

      If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?

      Well, being new to dolls, I didn't catch on to the fact that the differences WERE NOT due to faceup, but due to him being the wrong mold altogether for a little while. At that point, I didn't expect much to be done, but Divinity Doll said that if I still wanted to get a Yi head, and if I could find a buyer for the body, they'd ship each piece out separately to avoid someone having to disassemble the doll and re-ship. :sweat

      My only problem now is with finding someone to buy the body. *_*

      How was the communication?
      I used the form on the site to ask a question and I received an answer very promptly. The payment information also came very quickly after I submitted the order form. The only thing I wish was that the order status page was kept more up to date. I had been checking it daily, and after it hadn't been updated for a couple weeks, I assumed that my Yi was still in the processing stage. I was very surprised when he showed up at my house because I had no idea he had even been shipped! (It was a very welcome surprise, though!)

      How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy. I completed a purchase inquiry form on the website and then paid by paypal after I was sent the payment information.

      How long did it take to ship?
      A little over a month. I ordered him on March 31 and he arrived on May 6.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes, I think that he was very reasonably priced and I couldn't be happier with him. :)

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      He looks close enough to the picture on the site. The face-up is slightly different, but he still looks very cute.

      Were you satisfied with the product?
      Very satisfied. I would buy from them again!
