Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases.     1. I do... The 3 on my list now have been named. The BF Kyle I had eyes on for a very long time. The BF Special May has had a name ever since I had Rin. The newest addy, the Luts Nana has a name.

      Does anyone else do this guilty pleasure of naming dolls you don't have? If so, what are they?

    5. Yep! All my dolls are going to shell previously-existing characters. So the LT RS Mai is Libriel, the DT RS Jun is Jaquiel, the Iplehouse Arvid is Phobos, Iple Dexter is Indra, etc.

    7. Usually I buy a doll just because I like it, not to shell an OC. So usually I only name them when they are home, and I have picked their final eyes and wig. But I do have plans for a group of related characters, that since they are similar, I have all four of their names picked out in advance. I wanted their names to fit together. I did this on one other occasion, when I got two girls to be twins. So I picked their names in advance so they'd go together.

    9. I usually wont unless I know FOR SURE I'm buying that doll. I usually will make a character around the doll. For one I haven't written anything beforehand and when I do write about them as a character I like to look at their faces to know their personality (I get dolls because I like them, not to really shell out OC's. Though I have done it and will do it again.). So no, I usually wont pick out names for dolls in on wish list. Right now I have ONE named and I thought it would be the doll I'd be getting for that character, Tuesday Crow, but he turned into a blank floating head until I give him a proper faceup and a body. But here is a list of the dolls that are being produced and have yet to arrive to my house. These are the ones that have characters now set in stone for them.

    11. If I don't have a name for them, it means I have no (real enough) plans for them. I only buy dolls I have plans for.

      Anyways, the next two dolls on my wishlist are:
      • Realpuki Aki - Zapkin Fizzlepond
      • PukiPuki Cochon - Pediwig

      I'm currently buying a dollhouse for them :).

    13. Yes, I do! I like having at least a general idea of who they are and where they fit in my doll scheme. My IH Claude will by Sterling Ellis. My Spiritdoll Freesia will be Maura Palafox. I really want to get a doll and name her Mary Elise, but I'm still trying to decide which one.

      Of course the names are always subject to change, as well as which sculpt get the names! Poor Maura started out as an Elfdoll June, became an Elfdoll Emma, now she's a Spiritdoll Freesia (hopefully). I guess it is better to get the indecision out of the way now rather than after I've purchased her, where I would then have to go through the trouble and expense of reshelling her.

    18. Of course I pre-name my whishlist. I even search from other user on the doll I want and collage their photo in photoshop and put my character names under their photos. Also their 'soon' relationship status. And put it in my cellphone as wallpaper, motivating me to saving bucks for them. :)
