DOD limited DoT Black Elf Sha

;__; i was really hoping for a DoT doll~ i can't afford a DoI (i don't really want one anyway).
i'm kind of sad but kind of happy because now i can buy the doll i was going to buy anyway instead of buying the limited.

 

well the boy is cute...but he's face is just to cute to be on 'that' body, so i'm safe for now , that black/white strip dangel thing remind me suddenly of kalix outfit, of course they look nothing alike but yea.

 

I really love the look of this boy, but I'm resolved not to buy DOI sized dolls. They wouldn't fit with the rest of my dolls. (Thanks god/fate/deity of your choice that it wasn't a Ducan )

But the event head!

I would love to get that, if only I could be sure it would suit a DOT sized body.

 

if it had been some kind of DoI size Ducan i'd have ordered it even though i don't want a DoI. xD;

I wasnt even a die hard sha fan and i'm having severe issues. And mine are nill compared to the issues my friend is going to have when she wakes up. @_@


I'm.....trying to figure out if i'm hoping he's affordable or if he's OMFGTOOMUCH for me. But as of now. i want him. He is a GORGEOUS hunk of resin.

I need to see some naked pictures, because a normal sha head on a DOI body really looks... er... small. maybe this head has been adapted to fit a DOI body and is bigger than the normal one?

hmm...sounded nice.. but man does that head seem small on that body... ._. not to mention how effeminate Sha looks to begin with.. the body doesnt suit.. ._.

I find it odd that the head is for a DoI body. Did they enlargened the head? Because I remembered one thread with a DoI head upon a DoT body, the head was rather too big for the body. So, it could mean that the head could be put on a DoT body for the tender elf sha head?

And I'm glad that both limited doll and event heads didn't make me want to get them for long. I was tempted for the elf tender sha head but I refrained. As beautiful as the head is, I'm more willing to wait for a Homme Kalix for now.

 

AUGH.

Sha is my favorite DOD boy. I've been holding out on getting him in hopes of a fullset and now this. I think I'm just used to Luts' pinheaded boys cause his little head doesn't bother me AT. ALL. My Credit Card is already screaming at me.

At the same time I've never been this enthralled with a limited before, (one that I could get my hands on at least) I'm half hoping he's some ridiculously exorbitant price.

DOI Sha is amazing but that body is damn looooong. I think I'll pass on this one. I was hoping for a tan elf Sha DoT.

 

I like him. After I put Sha on SDF body, DOD releases DOI Sha lol.

My $ has been spent for this Christmas. But, at least, I can look at and be inspired over the elegant stylings of this doll.

 

They're all gorgeous, but.. when I saw it I thought.. "did they resize it to fit?" O_o I've got my Sha(Izuri) on my Luke's(Kain) body right now. And by the looks of it, I don't think they resized.. -_-

EDIT: I think they use the scarf and/or shirt to hide the fact that the head is too small, honestly.

70cm really IS tall and SDINK pointed out how long the arms are and how unproportional the body looks with the head

And the body is basically useless (cannot be used with any other head)

 

WOW! DoD really dropped a bombshell with this one! And such a pretty, glittery one at that.

Sha is my favorite DoT boy, and their tan skin is beautiful. I really wish this new version was a DoT though. I adore the DoI body but Sha has a small head to start with and I agree that it may be too small for the DoI body. ;_; Just look at the size of the hands compared to the head in that last pic! XD But to be fair a lot of companies with more realistic molds (Soom, Lati, ED) have smaller headed dolls. Its just not the look I'd expect from a DoD doll.

 

I'm not liking him too much but the body of all things is tempting.

Like I want to airbrush my Luke's head. ;] Shame I wouldn't know what to do with the tan head afterward though, lawl.

As much as I love DoD's tan-- I think I prefer Tender Sha's regular.

 

I love the Sha sculpt. As a DoT he is absolutely adorable, but I just don't care too much for him and on a DoI body. The 2 parts just don't seem to fit together. I also don't think DoD did a great job styling that boy. The pink eyes are just too much (deer in the headlights) and he looks a bit cross eyed in some of the close up pics.

I'm feeling really thankful now that I decided to order a different limited doll and not wait for DoD to release their limited boy.
