Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     9. I must be missing something - the only thing I see available to be ordered online is subscriptions and back issues. I emailed yesterday asking how to order the "Charming Universe Costume" but haven't gotten a reply. Is calling the only way to order? Or can you point out the onliine order form?

      Thanks for the link - I've been there, though. I just get a photo from the magazine when I click on the costume blurb and don't see anyplace to order. At the bottom of the boutique page was a paragraph with an email link - it says to contact them for info on ordering. I did that but didn't get a reply. I must be missing something someplace. Is there a popup window, maybe, that my system might be blocking?

I've emailed the address you gave (did it yesterday) but haven't received a reply. I can't see any option for ordering other than calling.

    15. Yeah, I thought from the post above there was secure online ordering but from their response to my e-mail it seems there isn't. :( You have to call in or fax them your order. I hope they create an online ordering system in the future...

    16. Sorry. :crushed I realize that I confused the issue. We do not have a shopping cart service. We can take magazine orders online through a secure page, but not products. So, please email the office [email protected] and let us know what you are interested in. We will email you back with totals with postage. We can then accept credit cards over the phone (262) 658-1004 or faxed in 262-658-0433 or you can send a check via snail mail: Haute Doll, 5711 8th Ave., Kenosha, WI 53140 USA. Thanks for patience. Selling these products is a fairly new venture for us and from what I have been told by my online coordinator, it is very expensive to set up a cart service.

    19. Sorry to reply to my own post (and even quote myself) but I thought it only fair to post here since I had been complaining about not hearing back from Haute Doll. Anyway, I emailed again, from my Yahoo account this time, and received a very prompt reply. I've ordered the outfit and can't wait to receive it - it looks fabulous. I also want to say, publicly, how glad I am that Haute Doll started covering BJDs in their magazine, and how especially glad I am that they're offering these great exclusives.
