  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. DollHeart - About Fukubukuro 2012

    1. Hey all,

      Recently, we have receive some inquiry about the Yo-SD size fukbukuro 2012 . After double check with my workshop, we found that our shipment staffs messed on the calculation equation on the fukubukuro 2012 events, as a result:

      1.) We have prepared overvalued items and accessories in 70cm fukubukuro 2012 and
      2.) We have prepared undervalued items and accessories in YOSD fukubukuro 2012.

      Those fukbukuros which have been affected are:
      1.) Order 1396 and before (on www.DollHeart.net)
      2.) Order before 31st Oct, 2012 (on eBay.com)

      We are really sorry about that, thus, in orders to compensate those ordered YOSD size fukubukuro on the affected period, we will send 2 random YOSD size accessories to them by registered airmail with track number and for those who order YOSD size fukubukuro with our retailers, please contact with our retailers.

      For those overvalued 70cm Boy fukubukuro which have been packed and prepared, we will not took out those overvalued items, you can still order them in www.DollHeart.net. However, we will cut the order of 70cm boy fukubukuro once those packed items are Sold out.

      We are apologizing about the mess which have been caused.

      If we were one of the yosd orders that were affected and ordered on ebay or directly through Dollheart, do we have to contact Dollheart? Or will the accessories ship automatically?

    3. All the YoSD size accessories will be sent automatically if you have made an order to DollHeart directly (by website or eBay) :) And We will check with our Retailers and provide corresponding qty pack of accessories to them.
