It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       * When did you order? 16th November 2011
      * How was the communication? Notification of order and shipment. I didn't contact about anything else.
      * How easy was it to pay? Paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship? She arrived in Australia 23rd December - not bad for the holiday period.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Absolutely! She's beautiful, and she came with extras - wig, eyes, eye putty, velcro - that I really wasn't expecting for a 40% off sale doll.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Exactly.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Very very much.
      * Would you order from this company again? Yes! I'm sad that they've discontinued the line, but I'm already looking at their other lines.
      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand? If I could get over my fear of second-hand, I might, as it's the only way to get a Fairy/Queen doll now and I'm in love. :(

      I am very happy in every way with this transaction. She was beautifully packed, and I just love her.

      Superb. They actually contacted me to make sure I had gotten the doll after their tracking notice had said "Customs retention reason: Awaiting presentation to customs commissioner" for three days because I hadn't gone to the post office.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy as pie. And cake. Feeding themselves to you. It was that easy

      * How long did it take to ship?
      EDIT: Apparently I forgot April existed. 6 weeks and 2 days C:

      Oh absolutely. I got him during a sale so he was ridiculously cheap, cost me less than my MSD even. And the quality is great, resin is lovely and his faceup was done excellently! Not to mention he also came with eyes, a wig, and extra putty and velcro and all that good stuff

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Well I got a custom faceup, but otherwise certainly so! The sculpt looks exactly the same, I am pleased :)

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Oh for sure :D

      Absolutely!

      * How was the communication? I had no reason to contact the company, but after making payment, I received notification of payment that same day.
      * How easy was it to pay? Very easy. I put in my order on 11/19 and sent payment via PayPal the next day.
      * How long did it take to ship? Quickly. DollnDoll shipped her out on 12/27/2012 and I received her on 12/31/2012.
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order? No.
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? N/A
      * Would you order from this company again? Yes.
      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand? Yes, as long as the item is in good condition and well-cared for by the owner. Other than that, I do not have any doubts about the manufacturer's quality in work.
