  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. And it sucks you in?

      I mean, I try very hard to only peek in the threads I've already been suckered into (Tinybear's dolls, Elfdoll Tinies, Banjis, Pukies and Brownies)

      When i first started out, I did a ton of research, and those were the dolls that captured my heart. And I got quite a collection going now. But then all these new dolls are being released all the time, and I know I shouldn't look...

      But then... I get curious... and wonder "what else is out there?" What's new? Oh gosh, now I have loves that are so darn expensive!! LOL and don't fit in with my clan, which means I would undoubtedly have to expand the collection, LOL oh gosh... they're evil little pixies that cause you to spend way too much money!!! you wouldn't believe my doll wish list! I used to keep an excel spreadsheet... but I gave up on it when it got so dauntingly long! LOL It's probably better that way, maybe I'll forget some of those adoreable faces, hee hee hee :)

    2. Haha, I know what you mean Ingie... Peeking into other doll threads can be very dangerous! I've been sucked into Banji's, Elfdoll Tinies, Secretdoll, Lati, and Pukifee tinies.

    3. It is definitely dangerous. When I joined this forum, I wanted only one doll... now I think I've got six on my wish list. But I love seeing new and different dolls, and seeing how creative people are with them, so... I'll keep peeking!

    4. Who have you seen Ingie :lol: I daren't stray too far into the Narsha thread as I really want a Narsha and Coco, but I know that size isn't 'my' size so I'm resisting. And I try not to go into Rosenlied as they are lovely too. Too many dolls no money here!

    5. Me too! I've found about 10 tinies this week that I'm in love with! It's crazy! Where am I going to get the money for all these new-found loves?

      Plus, I've discovered other, larger, MORE EXPENSIVE ones as well. Oh, woe is my bank account.

    6. I have a Soom Mini Gem Uyoo Elf and I decided long ago that I didn't want any more dolls that size because they are not the right size for me. And then I go and look at Mini Riz! :doh

      I'm just hoping I can always get other dolls to be over her on my wishlist. *_*

    8. Gosh! I do that all the time. I think threads for tinies are especially dangerous because most of them are under $300, which for some strange reason, I have begun to think is inexpensive. I guess it is, if I could have stopped at one, which, of course, I couldn't. I can think of three tiny dolls I desperately want, right at this moment. *sigh*

      Edit: Dang! It just happened again this morning: Cherry Castle dolls. Must have one. Crazy.

    9. I know!!! I try to only stay in threads for dolls I have or ones I really want...Seriously...how else did I wind up with a Hana???? I had to hunt one down after looking at the New Tinies thread!!!!

      I looked at the Cherry Castle too...but I don't have a job...I can't get more dollies!!!

    15. I love all the dolls over there. I've got a character who is split on molds, and Ojka is one of them, so I keep going over there and staring at her, but regardless, I keep falling harder and harder for her, so I might end up with her either way.

      She's so darn cute, can't help it!

    16. LOL! Yes! Just saw those new Cherry Castle dolls and there's a boy there that is so perfect for my little group (that started out with just one tiny, my lovely Moona, and all SDs - one MSD but she was a Bobobie sprite so she fit in with the group). And then one day, purely out of curiosity, I made the mistake of looking in on the CCC Fidelia Firefly thread and it's been all downhill since. Elfdoll tinies (both sizes!) and Brownies and more of tinybear's little wonders and CCCs and all sorts of stuff on the way! Tinies are taking over my life! There is a little pack of them here already with more on the way. I'd think they were somehow reproducing, but I have my PayPal receipts to prove to me that I'm the one doing it (oh, maybe they have my password though?!). I am looking at things like dollhouses and tiny furniture and re-ment. RE-MENT!!!! And all from looking into threads and news announcements I never, ever should have opened!!! My poor SDs! I wanted an Akando. Now I could care less about Akando - I think of all the tinies I could buy in place of just one huge, gorgeous Akando! They suck you in with their appealing little faces and cute tiny hands and feet. I am doomed. :...(

      I try to be good but so far I've failed miserably....I think the only saving graces I have are my lack of funds and the fact the larger dolls, lovely as most are, aren't really to my taste although I am finding more and more catching my eye :doh
      For now I try and keep what money I have for Carrie's dolls lol

    18. OH gosh, what's on my list now? It would almost be easier to say what's not! But:

      Littlefee, Gawd, cute, and big!
      Narsha for a really long time now...
      Naripon, would you believe I really ONLY want the Toadstool?
      Domadoll Super Heroines for a long time now...

      But it's Fairyland that's really the most evil culprit. I never wanted to go big, then got an event head last summer, and have been planning (and ruining my plan over and over again) for a body.... which has once again been delayed... because now I bought a Mini! An Iplehouse Ryan JID because they're threatening to change his body, and I have to have him just as he is... and I was planning next year, but had to buy him right away, as they said they were changing soon and I had to order "now"

      That doesn't, of course, include my original loves... which I need, yes, need more of of course (especially a boy Mina (need more boys in the family) and I'd love to have all the larger versions! And elfdolls, banji's ...

    19. Toadstool haunts me. A friend keeps kidding me that she know I am just inches away from ordering one and I say, "Oh, no, no Toadstools in this house!" But she is right! It's all I can do to stop myself (well, reminding myself that I shouldn't be spending anymore on anything for some time now helps a little, but not nearly enough). I swear, I've started dreaming about him (mine would have to be a him). And I am just betting Elfdoll is going to come back from vacation and have NEW tinies. Doomed. :eek:

    20. Toadstool scared the crap out me when it first came out, LOL, sometimes I love reading the old posts, they're so funny! And then .... slowly... he (yah, mine would be a he too) crept in under my skin! Too wild and crazy not to want! And when tinybear put out the idea of making it a caveman /woman ... man, the idea just stuck! All I'd need is a leather thong, LOL, and a club!

      Oh but some of the cutest dolls are so expensive with, as far as I know, and PLEASE don't correct me, no layaway! Like the Domadoll. Oh, she is a cutie! Narsha is really well priced, honestly. I should already have gotten her, but... others (winky) called to me too strongly!

      I think I'm going to try and get a part time minimum wage job in the fall after the kids are back at school :) I kinda doubt there are any available though, the stores are all closing around here. Bad time for me to want to work, LOL.
