Excellent quality for the price.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?

Yes, the extensive photos on the official Fairyland website are just like the dolls.

* Were you satisfied with the product?

I am very satisfied with the dolls.

* Tell us some of the positives and negatives about this product (optional)

I have virtually all positives about these dolls. Just be sure to take a good close look at the various face sculptures to make sure you are getting what you want.

Absolutely

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes but the pic of the faceup on the Lishe does not do it justice, it is so much more beautiful in person, a lot prettier

Honestly can't think of any

* Would you buy more from this company?
Well I have bought 5 different dolls from them already and always been more than satisfied with every transaction, so don't see why I should stop now, so yes absolutely

F60 Girl body (White Skin, Medium Bust) I added a second order to my first containing 2 extra pairs of hands (#17 & #13) and a Littlefee Nanuri Faceplate

First Order was placed 11th November 2012, Second Order was placed 10th of January 2013

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes! The body was certainly worth it. She also came packaged really nicely (sturdy, brown fabric-covered box with foam inserts)

Yep, even came with the hands they said it would (#11)

* Were you satisfied with the product?
Yes, very much so!

I don't think I have any negatives to say. Her body poses beautifully, and her hands all fit nicely. I think she has a bit of a bubble-butt and she is rather slim so I'm tailoring some of her clothes to fit her better (but keep in mind, I don't have any other SD sized dolls to compare her with) I also would have liked an even smaller bust, but 'Medium' is as small as FL makes on their F60 line currently; it's not that big of a deal though. :>

* Would you buy more from this company?
It's highly likely!

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Considering I love pukis and believe them to be very well made, the answer is yes.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes, she looks spot on for the offered faceup.

* Were you satisfied with the product? Yes, very much so.

* Would you buy more from this company? Yes, absolutely. I've had nothing but good luck and experiences with Fairyland. I find pukis, one of their smaller lines, to be very well made and can only believe that it would be true of their other lines. Even when quite busy, I have had no issues with my items.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
The fullset is beautiful. Especially when you set it up completely. The quality of the doll however is lacking. I expected magnets to show, but not to the extent of what I got (I have previous FL purchases, the magnets were faint, this one, it looked like the magnets were stuck on the back directly instead of under due to how thin the resin on top of the magnet - it literally looks like someone put the magnets and coated it with one brush stroke of resin). The default dress covers this, but I would be even more disappointed if I had planned on her wearing revealing clothing. The belt had no hoop to keep the belt from sticking out, my Lunnula necklace was put together wrong, and the swarovski was glued on the wrong side of the pendant. She didnt have the seams that people complained about, but Im still disappointed.

The box she was shipped in was soaking wet when I received her. It was disgusting so I had the post office help me in peeling the cardboard and place it in my car. This isn't FL's fault, but I wish they would have went a little extra and secured it. Stinky and musky, the inner packages also got wet, so I wished FL would have made the packaging waterproof, by bubble wrapping the inside boxes, or atleast wrap it in plastic. (this has been my experience with Volks). It was a dry season here, and the fact that another person received a soaking wet box makes me think its the transport company.

Exactly like the sales pictures

* Were you satisfied with the product?
I was left disappointed, I mostly purchase Volks so Ive had the bar set high in terms of quality expectation. I love the posing and the clothing the fullset had, but the magnets and the wet packaging ruined my excitement. She's beautiful when displayed, the faceup and dress fabric quality is nice. Im 70/30 with her now.

* Tell us some of the positives and negatives about this product (optional)
Pros: Looks exactly like the sales picture, poses beautifully and securely, the wig is nice and thick (no wefts showing), the faceup is pretty, the fabric choice for the dress is amazing and the inner packaging is secure (I love the black foam), the magnet joints are secure and stay put.

Cons: the inside of the mouth is painted black to give an illusion of depth instead of it being sculpted, the belt came without a hoop, the necklace was arranged wrong, the swarovski stuck on the wrong side of the pendant, the hideous back magnets being completely visible (Im not picky, you can see the magnets completely), no waterproofing, the event head was rolling in the box without bubblewrap.

* Would you buy more from this company?
I wish I could say no and stick to second hand sellers who would show you imperfections before buying, but Ive got weak control so I probably would if they release something I really liked (not likely since Ill be downsizing). Ive never had any problem with their Minifee's, its just this F60 that disappointed me.

I think the price is totally worth it. The face up is wonderful, the clothes beautiful. Everything looks really perfect.

I would say: yes. They are pretty the same.

Yes, totally.

I dont like the body movement very much. They cannot stand very good alone and fell. The wig is also not fitting very well on the boy head.

* Would you buy more from this company?
Yes, if they will have something as beautiful as the 2 guys.

Yes, she is a beautiful little doll.

Yes, the pictures are accurate, but I think the face-up and sculpt are even sweeter in person.

Very much so! I love her! (*^ ^*)
* Tell us some of the positives and negatives about this product (optional)
She can hold a wide range of poses; she can even do handstands. I just adore the sculpt; she can go from sweet to sassy with just a tilt of the head. The wrist magnets are a bit weak, however. Also Fairyland used a black velvet lining inside her box, so she showed up with little bits of black fiber that had to be dusted off. Thankfully she wasn't stained.

Definitely!

Yes, it was! The doll is amazing, the quality was beyond my expectations.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes, absolutely. The face-up is well-done and totally the same as shown on the website, and so is the sculpt.

* Were you satisfied with the product?
Yes, I love her! The doll poses very well, and her expression can vary according to the angle, it's a real pleasure to take pics of her.

Yes, definitely! ^_^

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
I have no problem with the quality of what I received. However the price of this 6" doll is quite close to the 16" Kid Delf that I have. Obviously labour is more expensive than the materials themselves.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes and no. The doll, outfit and faceup are all perfect. FairyLand do not offer body blushing, and they don't offer to colour the sheep ears and feet. The pictures on the site show these coloured.

* Were you satisfied with the product?
Overall, yes.

* Tell us some of the positives and negatives about this product (optional)
I love the magnetic hands and feet, and having the extra sleeping face. These make the doll much more versatile and also easy to dress.

Negatives -- I wish they had the option to at least have the sheep parts coloured. It would be nice to buy a doll that actually matched the company photos. They do state on the site that they are blank though, so it's not like they were being dishonest about anything.

Yes, definitely.

- Minifee Mir/Mika in tan skin. On the normal A-line body.

* When did you order?
Sometime late last year? Around December 2016.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Eh Truly, this was my first FL doll. I knew some of the "defects" he'd come with due to tan resin but that still doesn't please me. I have a doll that was a little bit pricier than him (she was an artist doll though) in a darker skin tone by Atelier Momoni and she has absolutely no sanding marks or seam lines. Quality of the resin is better too IMO. Then again that is an artist doll so idk if that's a fair comparison? I say it is because a doll is a doll.

I do still enjoy him and thankfully those sanding marks and seam lines don't bother me at all. I just don't think this should be a thing, if I'm paying for it I expect perfection.

-Yes!

* Were you satisfied with the product?
-Even with what I said, overall I am. I love my Mika. He's a beautiful doll and fairyland does know how to sculpt some nice dolls so I'll give them that. It's just small nit picky things that I nagged about but overall really enjoy my boy, flaws and all.

* Would you buy more from this company?
I actually would! / have / am planning too. But dolls in NS instead so maybe it'll be a different experience.

 

* What did you order? FeePle65 Siean in tan skin
* When did you order? I placed the order through DDE March 2017 and it arrived July 2017
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Mostly. There were issues as I will describe below.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures? I suppose, but I didn't purchase the factory faceup and Siean's company pictures aren't in tan skin.
* Were you satisfied with the product? Not entirely.
* Tell us some of the positives and negatives about this product (optional)
- Positives: beautiful matte resin finish, tan is a fantastic hue (no orange or red tones), took less time for the company to make than I thought it would, the company box and mattress is lovely, no marbling in the tan
- Negatives: right upper calf was broken in the box, obvious seam lines, small amount of fleshing on hands, faceplate resin looked shiny and not matte like the body, faceplate isn't flush tightly against the headback (but it still fits and it's secure), extra #12 hands were not packaged and were able to move freely around the box
**EDIT**: FL sent the wrong #12 hands to me once I realised they didn't fit on my doll. They sent the F60 sized hands instead of F65
* Would you buy more from this company? If they improve their customer service and quality control I might consider it, but for now I'm extremely hesitant to purchase more. These errors in quality control (especially with the wrong sized hands) is disturbing for an expensive purchase on a luxury item. Such lazy mistakes.

 

* What did you order?
Minifee via the a la carte option. I chose the ante sculpt on the A-line body with B-bust, cutie legs, and #6 hands, and the default face-up
* When did you order?
I ordered June 9th, 2017 through Denver Doll, and they placed the order the next day. DDE had her ready to go and shipped her out on saturday, August 12th, and she arrived today, August 14th, 2017
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
The price was definitely appropriate for the quality of the item, given her appearance aesthetically, as well as her posing ability.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
She looked slightly different due to me not ordering a set doll, but all the different pieces that make her up look like the images provided of the various pieces.
* Were you satisfied with the product?
Overall, I was very satisfied. The doll met all my expectations and then some. My only issue would be that the company didn't package the doll too well in her box, so she managed to bend a little weirdly in the box during shipping
* Tell us some of the positives and negatives about this product (optional)
-Positives: The doll posed directly out of the box, without the need for any sueding or other modifications. Her face-up was beautifully done. She is amazingly easy to dress due to the magnetic hands and feet, and her head is easy to remove due to the use of the key system in her head/neck instead of a hook.
-Negatives: The doll has some visible seam lines in some spots on her body. Her head uses a locking mechanism to hold the head plate onto her face, rather than magnets. This make her head plate a little more difficult to get off when compared to my other doll, which has a magnetic head plate. Again, packaging wasn't the world's best, but that is more of an issue with packaging and not the product itself

I definitely would. I wasn't sure about ordering through fairyland, but this doll sold me

Too perfect, there is no disadvantage!
Joint design, mobility, body curves, and face are perfect.

Good, once the resin was very thin on some parts but the Tan is pretty, normal skin is great (the new one is better) and white skin is pretty as well.

Yes. Sometimes i wish they would show the limited dolls without the make up.

* Were you satisfied with the product?
Yes.

Positives: pretty skin options like normal, white an Tan.
Negative: Tan can be diff. from order to order. Sometimes the resin is way to thin.
customer service isn't the best from time to time, which is disappointing because the doll's are quite pricy.

Not at all. I'm pretty disappointed. :\

For the most part, yes.

Pros:
- My doll was shipped very quickly. It took less than 2 months!
- The faceup is beautiful.
- My doll was packaged very well

Cons:
I can see the magnets on her knees/shin and shoulder blades through the resin. At first, I thought it was dirt, and I attempted to clean it with a magic eraser. I soon realized she was practically see-through in those areas. When I bent her knee to open it up and hold it up to the light, I realized she was so thin in this area, that it was only the thickness of a few sheets of paper. This is my first purchase from Fairyland's website, and I'm in disbelief with how awful the quality is, especially for a doll that is worth over $700!

No. Never again.
I sent an email to them yesterday about this issue, but from what I've been hearing from the community, Fairyland will be unlikely to help me.

No. She is really cute but difficult to pose. Her head keeps wanting to go back and one leg does dot turn at the thigh. She has very obvious raised seam lines on all 4 limbs and she is not tan, she is normal/natural skin.

No, I'm very disappointed as I waited a long time to buy a bjd. And I have wanted Ante for a long time.

She has a very sweet face. I can't say I am happy about anything else because all I can think when I look at her is she would have been so awesome but this has ruined it for me. I have reached out to FL and they told me to deal with DD...who just toldl me to join up with a group such as this. I feel I am stuck with a defective doll.

It was kind of expensive, but it wasn't outrageous.

It was noted that a different bust was used in the sales pictures. I ordered knowing this.
* Were you satisfied with the product?
I'm relatively satisfied.
* Tell us some of the positives and negatives about this product (optional)
Positives: Great sculpt, amazing engineering, stands well. No seams on the upper body. Overall, a beautiful and eye-catching doll.
Negatives: Hands have some grainy bits between the fingers? I did not expect having to touch them up or do any work to the hands, and I don't have the equipment at the moment to fix them. Seams on the centaur body are more manageable, though.
* Would you buy more from this company?
Maybe. The hands do worry me, so I'd probably ask about those before buying again.
