  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. I'm still new to buying dolls and items so I've only used a few sites. I am currently looking to buy one of the new 70 cm dolls from featherfall.ca (or doll-zone.com), but I'm wondering what people thought of this site and if they'd recommend anything else. So like.. Can I has your input, please? :3

    2. Ive never Ordered from featherfall.ca, but I have a dollzone 42cm boy and hes good I lil loosley strung but that can be fixed

    6. Featherfall is a great company to deal with. When some Dollzone clothing items were taking a long time to get to them, they sent me periodic email status reports to let me know what was happening. That's way beyond the usual customer service I'd expect.

      Order away with confidence!

      Oh, and I have four Dollzones in various sizes (Recall, Megi, Mo, Jing) and I highly recommend the company. My 70cm stands like a rock and he's over a year old. They're great dolls with wonderfully distinctive faces and lots of personality.

    9. * What did you order? I did two orders the first oen was for Clothing and the second was for a DZ Shoyo Catgirl fullset
      * When did you order? the clothing: 16 June, 2008 the doll: 04 July, 2008
      * How was the communication? Communication was great!
      * How easy was it to pay? Very easy I paid with Paypal and even asked to do a Layaway for the doll which was accepted.
      * How long did it take to ship? The time where the pre-order told us to wait. Once my layaway was over the doll was shipped the same week.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? yes I was very impressed with the quality
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes
      * Were you satisfied with the product? yes, although I have asked that Featherfall use Canada Post to send me packages from now on as FEDEX doesn't have a depot here and they made me loose 2 days of work. This was not Featherfall,s fault and I do not blame them but IÈll ask for another kind of shipping next time.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? when I received the doll she had no faceshield and her wig was missing. I contacted Featherfall right away and they replied that afternoon that even if they found that odd they would send me the wig and faceshield. I have received them this week and I am extremly satified with their custumer service.
