It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. I bid and bought a KD Hodoo from Elliryn and the month and a half I spent paying him off and waiting for him arrive was a dream come true. Elliryn helped me along the whole time (it was my first large owner-to-owner transaction), sent me PMs when she received my payments and overall, seemed to genuinely care that our interactions went well. Furthermore, the work she did on the doll I bought was absolutely detailed and beautiful. She is an amazing person to buy from and I would definitely buy from her in the future.

    3. Elliryn bought a Winter Event head from me. She was patient to let me get her questions answered and pictures taken. She paid immediately. Couldn't be happier!! :aheartbea

      + She was very nice and easy to communicate with at all times.
      + She offered to pay the paypal fees, even though I had forgotten to mention about them in my thread.
      + She also offered to pay me 10% in advance (I kept the head reserved for her for a month).
      + She paid on time and notified me when she had paid.
      + She notified me when she had gotten the head.

      It was a really nice transaction, and Elliryn was understanding and very nice at all times. ^^ I would gladly do more business with her in the future! :cake:

    5. I bought a Leekeworld Mabel from Elliryn, and it was perfect!
      -She updated me often on the status of the transaction.
      -She sent me pictures
      -She notified me when she received payment and when she sent it out
      Overall, the transaction couldn't have been better!
      I would highly recommend buying from her, and wouldn't hesitate to do it again!

    6. I bought a Leeke wig from Elliryn and all the transaction was perfect!! The wig was in really good condition, the shipping was so fast and she refund me some money because the shipping was cheaper than expected.
