Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     13. alakeilei bought a Dollshe Saint from me. She asked for layaway originally but was able to pay in full straight away. She was very polite and friendly in all communication and a pleasure to deal with.

      Unfortunately the doll was lost in transit and the shipping company took a long time to confirm they had lost the parcel. Once the company finally confirmed they would not be looking for the doll anymore and would instead be paying out on the insurance I issued her a refund.

      Throughout this       alakeilei's communication was excellent, she responded quickly to my messages, sent me everything I needed to claim for the lost parcel and was very patient while I chased up the shipping company for updates about what was going on.

      I'm so sorry that you didn't get the doll and that it took such a long time to find out what was going on and thank you for being patient and understanding!

    14. A+++++++++++++++ transaction!

      We had the most wonderful trade with Alakeielei - their LUTS SD Blanchet girl for my Ringdoll RGM2 body. It was quite a lengthy trade as by the time I contacted Alakeielei my order with Ringdoll was recently paid off through a layaway and still in production. Alakeielei was very kind to agree to wait until it was finished and shipped to me. Than I took couple days more to check and pack the boy and then we shipped our ends the same day. Both boxes arrived with no problem and my Blanchet was exactly as described and even lovelier in person! I was absolutely smitten by the accuracy of the packaging and that every single part was MARKED for an ease of assembly!

      I will be happy to do business with Alakeielei again at any time and highly recommend them as a reliable business partner and an incredibly nice friendly person! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!

      I sold my Soom Io to Alakeielei and it was a wonderful transaction! At the time, I was not shipping outside the US, and they are in Europe, but they helped walk me through the steps of shipping to a location in the US where they could arrange the last part. They were so helpful and understanding, paid very quickly, I got the doll shipped, and they let me know both when he arrived to the US location, and again when he arrived to them, safe and sound. I learned a lot from this transaction, and they were so patient with my questions and concerns about it all. Wonderful buyer, and I would not hesitate to work with them again! Thank you so much! :)
