Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. What did you order?

      I ordered 2 SD wigs and an SD doll stand

      * When did you order?

      26th July 2013

      * How was the communication?

      Absolutely appalling I sent 6 emails and got no answer back. It was only due to another DOA member,.that i obtained an alternative address

      * How easy was it to pay?

      Easy via paypal


      * How long did it take to ship?

      28 days!


      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?

      Yes- i was missing a wig and the doll stand i received was clearly second hand. The base was chipped, the metal pole had a big gauge out of it and the saddle part was covered in pink felt tip pen and was filthy dirty


      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?

      Customer service was this company was unacceptable. I opened a paypal dispute and the company never even aknowledged my dispute. I sent a further 7 emails to see if i could initiate a refund. This took weeks. I was then told that my doll stand was brand new when it was sent out, and said customs had obviously opened it and used it. I was offered just $4.00 in compensation, i never got the shipping back

      * Would you order from this company again?

      Not in a million years. They clearly do not know what they are doing, and items that are on the site "in stock" clearly are not
      Please do think very carefully about ordering from this company. The items are cheap BUT they are an appalling company to deal with

      * How was the communication?
      Site mail probably doesn't work, I got my answer only when I contact primary Alice and her mail (got it here on DoA). If there is no real problem she responds quickly, when there is problem the waiting time between answers is getting longer and longer. The last mail was answered only after I opened Paypal dispute.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy via Paypal

      * How long did it take to ship?
      28 days but I didn't know it till 7.10. since they "forgot" to tell me about it ... still waiting for the second parcel but I think I will give up.

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      Yes - the eyes were missing. Alice said she will ship them in next parcel but didn't tell when it suppose to be.
      The shoes were nicely made but they are hellish huge (9cm inside) and it wasn't mentioned on the site so they are too big for my doll.
      Wig isn't really 20 dollars worthy, maybe 5 maximum? Actually I wouldn't even use the material for redoing it into something else, it's ugly and worn out kind of.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      If you work hard, you could get at least your order to get really shipped (well at least some of the items you ordered). Refunding or re-sending missing items is as hard to get as photo of Lochness monster.

      * Would you order from this company again?
      No.
      If you like adrenaline sports then go for it, if you just want to get nice items you ordered for your money then never even lay your eyes on this site.

      Horrible. I could only make contact with them through paypal. I emailed both the @bjdwear email address and the address connected to paypal, but only when I raised a paypal dispute did they begin paying attention to me.

      Very easy, through paypal

      n/a

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      It never arrived

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      My order at first took a few weeks and wasn't shipped, at which point they apologized and gave me a refund, saying that if I ordered again, they could ship the wig within the week. I ordered again, hoping for the best, and: Nothing. No communication thereafter. Luckily a Paypal dispute got me my refund.

      * Would you order from this company again?
      Definitely not.

      * How was the communication?
      I sent various e-mails to the web and to the address they put there but I got no reply. I only got something after a month, when I filled a claim trough Paypal, and they answered to them. I wanted them to make me a refund, cause the wigs were a present and the birthday passed, but they didn't listen to me and sent the wigs.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy trough Paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Even when, after a month waiting, they told Paypal that they were shipping my order next week, the items were sent 22 days after. So I have waited 1 month and 22 days.

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      There isn't anything missing.
      But the wigs don't stop loosing hairs, are really odd-sized and a mess with lots of knots (I even had to cut some of them because I couldn't separate the hair)...
      This wigs aren't worthy the price, but I guess this is not fault of the dealer.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      If you complain, complain, and complain, and fill a claim with Paypal, you may have your items sent.

      * Would you order from this company again?
      No, I would never buy from this store anymore, there are a lot of good intermediaries out there. These people don't care a bit about customers and service.

      The worst I have ever experienced. I sent them 8 emails over the course of two months. They only responded once after I opened a Paypal case.

      Yes, out of the 15 items I ordered 8 were missing.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      They were absolutely horrid. I sent multiple emails and they never responded. I opened a case and they responded once. I finally received a package from them two months later and more than half of my items were missing (all of the more expensive ones!) I escalated it to a Paypal claim saying that my items were missing and they denied everything. Now I'm sitting here waiting on Paypal because they say I don't have enough evidence and I have no idea what else to send them! I will be out $50 worth of items- and they charged me $18 to ship the tiniest bubble mailer you can imagine.

      * Would you order from this company again?
      NEVER! Never! Never again! They are the worst company I have ever ordered from. Absolutely horrible across the board.


      *EDIT* Paypal has told me that to move forward with my case I need to file an investigation with my local law enforcement. My local law enforcement has stated that they will not deal with crimes committed on the internet. Long story short Paypal has said they don't want to deal with it. :I So I will be getting no refund and none of my missing items.

      I feel I was very patient waiting over a month before asking about the progress of my order. I never received any response and after reading reviews and member comments about this site I opened a Paypal dispute at the 33 day mark. About 48 hours later, I saw that the dispute was closed and I was given a full refund of my $20.75. Given all I've read I feel lucky that I got this resolution. The company didn't even bother responding and I will definitely never order with them again.
