It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     4. Negative -BlankStareDL was in my DZ group order. Initially, she agreed to pay immediately but then had promised to pay me a week after the order was submitted. I agreed since it was a small amount and I could cover for her until then. She had sent the money as promised but had sent it in CAD to the other Paypal email that takes fees. She had then promised to re-send it to my other Paypal account as I requested so I waited but she never resent payment.

      I contacted her several times and her lack of communication made it very difficult to get a hold of her. She did not make an effort to contact me, saying that she had forgotten my DoA username and failed to contact me on MSN even though I left her offline messages. There's just no excuse for that because her friend Warumono was in my group order as well and she could've asked. She kept pushing back her payments for a whole month and a half and I never received anything, not even partial payment. She never once contacted me about her payment will be late, instead I had to PM her and ask her about it. A simple PM to say that she won't be able to pay for it or something had came up would do.

      I had sent her constant reminders throughout the entire time and 2 weeks before our order was due to arrive, I still didn't receive payment. A week after, I have canceled her part of the group order and informed her that it was the best thing to do to resolve this situation. Then I get a response saying that she would've been able to pay me the week after if I waited but it was already too late for that.

    6. BlankStareDL bought a MNF girl from me. I am surprise how long the po took to get the girl to her new home, even with EMS. BlankStareDL has been patient and never once bother me about it and i didnt i took that long.She paid quickly throughout her layaway and a great person to deal with. Thank you again.

    7. BlankStareDL commissioned me to do a faceup on her Bluefairy Niky. She was awesome to work with; I got the best parts of specifics on what she wanted, and artistic license for me! :D
