It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       I hate to do this but I feel it must be known that I was supposed to trade with Bridge7112 for their soom ace and it took 2 months to get a tracking number online with usps but never sent her ace at all and made tons of excuses of why she couldn't. I was extremely patient and nice enough to wait 2 months for a doll to be sent when it never was. Luckily I had asked her to send her part first and once I recieved it I would send mine just because of her lack in communication. I do not recommend her for trading and will most likely never trade with her ever.

    5. I bought a Soom LG from Bridge and had a smooth transaction. She contacted me about a doll I was looking for, and we soon came to an agreement on the details. The doll was shipped 10 days after I paid and arrived safely shortly thereafter, everything present and correct. Communication was quick and easy throughout.

    6. Neutral Feedback- Bridge7112 joined my Fairytale Swap back in October 2013 which ran until January 25th of this year. During the entire swap crafting period I received no PM from her until a week before the swap's final shipping date arrived when she PM'd me and told me she would not be finishing the swap. She told me she had gone through surgery or some medical issue which made her unable to complete her end of the swap. I am very understanding of medical issues arising but as per the swap rules she should have notified me much sooner than 1 week until swap closing. This left me to scramble to find someone to send a replacement gift to her partner and caused an unnecessary headache for me.

      Seeing how this is not the first swap she has flaked on (which is noted in her paging thread in the problem transaction section) I cannot recommend Bridge7112 as a swap participant. I do hope her health is improving but I will not allow Bridge7112 into any of my future swaps due to her poor communication history and tendency to flake.
