Feedback for Bukimeisu

Had a great trade transaction with Bukimeisu, I traded some eyes and eye putty for a pair of black SD sneakers, and she also made a giant SD hoodie for my girls and also send along a cute pink beaded necklace and a little cup which my BB Lotti will love...thanks so much!

I'm glad Bukiseisu finally decided to start a feedback thread.

I had a horrible Transaction with this person.

She broke out of a what was supposed to be a short hold (which somehow turned into a three week hold)

and how she wasn't able to pay before then because of how her sick and dying boyfriend was paying for her...and all these excuses. (pardon if they're actually true...the like-ness of it being so seems little to none)


I offered in my thread to do a new faceup for free, and tried my best to do as Bukimeisu asked...(it took about three days to do b/c of weather)

I also made a bunch of clothes to get her as well as extra shoes that were never included in the package. (took about two days to do)

While yes, it took about 5 days to get some extra pictures of the faceup + extra desses/clothes/shoes to get to her due to family problems and schooling. (also I do have more and one person at home that likes to look at DOA) but I did not neglect her as she thinks I did.

I feel more that she was the one who negelected me after I went through all the trouble to giver her extra and a customized faceup. I worked REALLY hard for her. Wither she thinks it or not.

She says that I took three weeks to get her pictures and it is not true.

 

Bukimeisu has shown me that she is willing to work out a situtation.

Today Bukimeisu and I got together over Aim and worked our problems out. We came to the conclusion that we were both at fault and have officially declared this incident over.

I'd like to say that anyone who is willing to sit and talk things out without pointing knives at eachothers throat has great respect in my eyes and I have no qualms about doing business with Bukimeisu again.

Things happen in life that we can't always control. It happens. I am glad to be able to work things out with you Bukimeisu!

Neutral Feedback

Bukimeisu commissioned me to do a faceup. She paid promptly, which I appreciate, and which is a credit to her, most definately.

However, I was unable to do said faceup due to unexpected, prolonged illness, and refunded her payment, and sent the doll head back at my own expense the minute she asked for the refund (which was always an option, and available). My inability to do the faceup I consider entirely my fault, this illness was unexpected, and had I known how prolonged it would be, I would have closed my commissions well before hand.

Now that the head is back in her hands, she has felt the need to make idle speculation without asking at all about my situation, feeling that I should have been painting her head instead of spending time on the computer. I spend my time on the computer laying down... my illness prevents me from sitting up or moving around (both required for painting doll heads) for any substantial period of time... so for me, painting doll heads and playing on the computer are not even close to the same thing concerning my illness. I didn't appreciate the implication that I was neglecting my duties as a face up artist on purpose.

I promptly answered her every time she posted a question in both my commission thread and via PM, and I was unable to give her a time frame, because I have no idea when I will be well. My prompt responses to direct questions weren't enough for her though.

She has also sent me responses via pm that indicate she has not, in fact, paid attention to the details I've posted, or that have been rude. I'm not sure if she realized how rude they came across, but they were. Her ideas on what I *should* be doing, regardless of whether or not I am physically capable, have made this a stressful transaction.

I'm sure a normal transaction over a short time period with Bukimeisu is perfectly fine.

 

Sold her a mnf el on a layaway basis and Buki was absolutely wonderful to work with. She had wonderful communication with me and was just an absolute sweetheart about the whole transaction

I would definately do business again! So happy your little boy made it home Buki!!

Bukimeisu bought a wig from me~

Absolutely amazing to deal with. Asked me to hold the wig so she could transfer funds and kept me updates every step of the way. Which may not be a big deal, I guess, but it was nice to get a PM saying the funds should be in X-day or we were still waiting on them.

So, overall, super communication, let me know as soon as the wig arrived, and just a great transaction ^_^ Would totally recommend~

Leaving positive feedback for Bukimeisu. She purchased my DOT Tender Shall on layaway. She made all the payments on time and actually finished off the layaway much sooner than expected. She was even very patient with me when I got into a car accident and didn't get to ship until we got a rental. I would very happily work with her again and I definitely highly recommend her!
