I have to be honest, and leave neutral feedback for CampBowie. ^-^;;

She posted a thread for a Luts GO, in February, and I joined thinking that I would be able to receive a pair of eyes from the GO before I got my doll. Well, that didn't end up happening.

A while after I had joined the GO, I asked her if she could give us an update, because it had been a while (about 10 days, since the order was placed). She told me that she wanted to wait, and ask Luts how the order was on the 4-week mark. I told her that was fine, if she kept us updated- because communication is nice.

To make a long story short, I felt like she didn't let anyone know what was going on, until I asked. I don’t think that I should have to ask someone who’s running the GO to keep whoever is participating in the GO informed. I wasn't aware, until a while into the GO, that people had ordered some resin pieces (like a head, and a body), and that's why it was taking so long.

In her PM, she told me that: None of the other people who were running GOs were updating as much.
I said that: They weren't responsible for her order. She was.

She started updating after I had to ask her to a couple times, which was nice. Other than the GO taking about two months, and me having to ask her how the order was going, communication was alright, and CampBowie was pretty nice in her PMs and posts. She also kept a pretty professional attitude, most of the time.

I know that GOs are probably a little more complicated than they seem, but it shouldn’t be hard to talk to people, and let them know what’s going on. :3

Despite the delay, I'm going to leave positive feedback for CampBowie about the Luts GO. Although there were problems, I feel like they were handled in a very professional manner on her end. Thanks!

 

I was in CampBowie's recent luts GO. I think she did extraordinarily well despite the impatient, passive aggressive bitching from some of the members in the GO. There was a slight miscommunication between her and luts that caused a delay in shipping that was in no way her fault and could've happened to even the best GO organizer. I feel she represented her GO and process very well stating that resin pieces were allowed in the order from the beginning. If anyone did not read that then they really can't blame her for their failure to notice.

I've been in group orders and transactions with FAR less communication so the professional and friendly manner in which CampBowie handled the whole ordeal was very comforting and I at no time had any doubts about her. She was very kind, even with others were not . Once the items arrived at her place, they were out extremely fast.

I am overall extremely satisfied and would not hesitate to be in another group order with her. Thank you so much for hosting this GO, CampBowie! You did great
