It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I didn't find a thread for febotemp so I thought I'd start one.

      febotemp answered my WTB for a Luts Kid Delf Yul Satyresse head - I'd been looking for awhile and had horrible luck already so I was extra happy to hear from her. She told me the head was faceuped by nomyens, provided photos, and let me have a short layaway. She shipped within a few days of my finishing payments and I got the head quickly and in wonderful shape. It's made me so happy, I really really wanted this head, and it's just perfect. I would definitely do business with febotemp again. Thank you so much! <3

    2. I am VERY happy to report a good tranaction with febotemp. I purchased a Feeple girl body from her. The package took FOREVER to arrive but it was NOT their fault (just bad timing around the holidays and slow mail). They were very willing to keep up inquiries on the package and ultimately it arrived in perfect condition, safely packaged and I'm a happy camper. ;)

    3. Febotemp bought a supia Haeun head from myself, the communication with her was very constant and she managed to get the money to me as soon as she could (with agreement to put the head on hold for her).
      The overall transaction was VERY POSITIVE and I enjoyed sorting out all the details with her, she was lovely to talk to while purchasing the head and I am very pleased knowing it went to a good home.
      Would most definitely do business with again. A very trustworthy person and a lovely person to have spoken with :) Would recommend!
