Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. I couldnt find a thread for Gynure so I started one...


      Gynure bought some MSD shoes from me. Gynure paid quickly and communicated wonderfully, letting me know as soon as they arrived.

    2. I bought a pair of eyes from Gynure. Communication was fast and friendly and she shipped extremely quickly. She also sent the eyes with the cutest postcard ever, my boyfriend and I love it so much, we're gonna frame it and hang it on our living room wall.
      It's the small things that make an already perfect transaction even more fun! Thank you!!

    5. I answered Gynure's sales thread for some beautiful 6mm eyes.
      Unfortunately there was a problem with the post, despite being very carefully wrapped. Someone got a little curious
      and made a hole in it. Thus one was lost.
      Gynure was a champion at dealing with the post office, and a full refund was granted!
      Lucky for me I have a winking Puki Pong who loves it
      Great communication, a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to deal with Gynure again. Top notch!

    6. I purchased a Limhwa ToYou Mari from Gynure, communication was great and she replied to my messages very quickly. She's a very kind and understanding person. When there was a mess up with the tracking number due to the post office we worked it out quickly. Mari arrived safe and sound and she was packaged with great care.

      I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Gynure again, I highly recommend her.

    15. This was my first exchange, and I am glad that it happened with Gynure. This is a terrific person, she trusted me and my offer to trade my a Dollshe 26F body for her Supiadoll ballerina body. The package was very well and carefully packed, Gynure was always in touch with me. I am so sorry that the only thing that overshadowed the process was how terribly the transport company behaved. But on the other hand, I got a friend, and it was an amazing experience! :hug::whee::love

    16. I bought a Black Cherry Ichigo-head from Gynure. Communication was awesome the whole time, she shipped the head almost immediately. When Royal Mail messed up and the parcel took a detour to the US instead of Germany she stayed in contact the whole time and did what she could to solve the problem. I never felt alone, I always had the feeling I could rely on her should the situation get worse. Which was very reassuring and good for my nerves. The parcel arrived in the end without damage. The head was wonderfully packed and in pristine condition. All in all, she is one of the most wonderful sellers I have worked with so far. I wouldn´t hesitate to buy from her again!

    19. I purchased a Planetdoll Roseanne from Gynure, and the entire experience was excellent! Gynure is very friendly and keen to ensure that everything in the process goes smoothly-- we were able to discuss and choose an appropriate shipping method, and despite some problems with sending money via Paypal (the send money option had changed to where despite selecting USD under both columns, it still forced a conversion), we were able to get everything sorted right and quick! She was so patient and kind with me, which is something I am so incredibly grateful for!

      All communications were quick, and she was also able to get the doll packed and shipped lightning fast! She packed the doll unstrung for me and labeled every piece, and wrapped each piece really well in bubble wrap. Getting the box opened and the doll up and posing took no time at all, and the doll was even more beautiful in person! She was exactly as described and I couldn't be happier!

      This has been a delightful experience overall-- I am so glad I was able to adopt this gorgeous doll from Gynure, and I know for sure I will be happy to work with her again in the future!
