Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. Bought two pairs of hands from her, and the transaction went VERY WELL :aheartbea It got sent back the first time, due to me moving, but she shipped it back to my new address with no problem at all!     7. Hisprincess recently sold me a pair of sneakers she advertised as "MSD" sized, but they were actually American Girl sized shoes and HUGE.

      To be fair, she offered to let me return them, but it'd cost me more than I paid for the shoes to do that. I feel this could have been avoided if the shoes had been properly advertised in the first place. :-/

      Kind of annoying, so buyer beware!

    11. Was part of a group order hhisprincess conducted.
      She was quick in replies and kept participants updated, and was also willing to have the items delivered to me as I needed them urgently. Although she placed an order for the wrong shirt for me, she offered to contact the seller to see if there was anything that could be done.

    13. I participated in a GO hhisprincess organized. She was very nice throughout the whole process, even allowing me to order from a shop that was not listed in her recommended shops list. Although the wait time was long, it was through no fault of her own. She was communicative, and when the items arrived she paid for shipping out of her own pocket for me as an apology. Her agent also lost a shirt that I ordered, and she has since communicated with the agent and sent out the shirt. I still have one missing item which the agent did not order for me, and as such I will post in this thread when I receive said item. All in all, an excellent seller, and very nice to deal with. I will not hesitate to deal with her again.

    14. I bought an SD-13 jacket from hhisprincess. It was packed very well, but was slightly damaged in transit. The damage (a broken chain) was easily fixable, and was probably due to improper care from the postal service, rather than through any fault of hhisprincess.

      Aside from the damage, the transaction went smoothly - there was fast, easy communication, fast shipping and the garment was packaged well. Would buy again! ^_^
