I can't find a feedback thread for J'aime doll (or Jaimedoll, jaime doll for search options) so I'll just go ahead and make one. Here's my feedback: * What did you order? A full set tan Cristin, an 18 cm Adonis body for the free event head, a pair of Adonis sized shoes, and an Adonis sized wig. * When did you order? September 20th 2008 during their special free head event * How was the communication? Good. I received payment confirmation and shipping notice without any problems. When the order turned out to be mixed up, they responded within a day. Communication became a bit slower after a while, but they stayed in touch. I never had to wait longer than half a week. * How easy was it to pay? Very easy with PayPal. * How long did it take to ship? They apologised for the long wait, but their website said a doll takes 30 days to manufacture, but tan dolls take longer. I waited about 1,5 months, which I find reasonable. * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes. I really love the wig and shoes I ordered. They are very good for what I paid for them. The clothes of the fullset don't fit quite right, but maybe that's because they had to rush remaking my order. * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes. * Were you satisfied with the product? Yes. * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? I am satisfied in the end, but Jaimedoll shipped me someone else's order. They asked me to ship it back a day after I told them about the mistake, which I did and they offered me a free Adonis head with face-up to make up for the mistake. Very kind of them. I was allowed to pick a head and they were also okay with me changing my mind and wanting another head instead. I asked if I could buy a body for the extra head and they subtracted my shipping costs (shipping the wrong order back to them) from the price of the body. They were going to refund the shipping costs through PayPal, but this worked out the same as I was going to pay them with PayPal for the body anyway. I shipped Jaimedoll the wrong order on November the 15th and received the right order December the 5th. All in all they were fast and willing to fix the problem and communication through email and the Q&A board was fast. It's good to know that Jaimedoll is a company who takes responsibility until their products are safe and sound in the hands of their customers.
