1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Feedback for KageNoHoshimi

Mar 3, 2013

    1. *~*~* my feedback thread :D *~*~*

    2. POSITIVE

KageNoHoshimi participated in my Dollmore group order, and was a model participant! She filled out her order form properly, paid promptly, and let me know when her items arrived.

    3. KageNoHoshimi bought a Supia Rosy head from me and she was a great buyer! Prompt with payment and excellent communication! I would highly recommend her. ^^

    4. Bought a wicker set back in April. KageNoHoshimi was very good about doublechecking the shipping cost and giving options, and also is an excellent packer. Lovely person to buy from!

    5. I sold my Luts SSDF Dew to KageNoHoshimi, excellent communication and fast payments, very friendly person to do business with! I highly recommend!

    6. Over All Rating: Positive

Hoshimi joined my most recent Leeke World GO. She paid fast and was all around great to work with. I would gladly do business with her again!~ ^^

    7. I"m very sorry, I meant Napidoll GO! Got mixed up there!~

    8. Kagenohoshimi participated in my 2013 prop swap and was a wonderful person to work with. They were responsible and I recommend them for other swaps. The whole swap went smoothly and each member filled out forms properly and was on time with due dates.

    9. Sorry for the late feedback! But it’s Good Feedback! KageNoHoshimi was a Wonderful member of the A Thousand Years of Police Box Travel – A Doctor Who Swap. And even when things started going a bit pear shaped KageNoHoshimi was very understanding and patient. Greet Communication and fast to respond to Questions put forth. I was very lucky to have them participating in my swap!

    10. KageNoHoshimi bought my Kid Delf Peach. She communicated well, and paid right away. Flawless transaction!

    11. KageNoHoshimi bought a fantasydoll glen from me :) everything went great. Smooth transaction. A++++++++++++++ sorry for the late feedback. Thank you

    12. KagenoHoshimi took part in my Trick or Treat swap during the month of October, 2013. Everything went smooth as you please and I would love to have her take part in another. Thanks again for all your hard work!

    13. I’d like to give mixed feedback for KagenoHoshimi’s Winter Holiday swap. As a swap leader, she was quite helpful. When one (out of two) of my original partner’s didn’t provide any information about her doll or what she was looking for in swap items, and was unresponsive to my attempts to reach out, KagenoHoshimi was kind enough to reshuffle who I was assigned to so I wouldn’t inadvertently flake on the swap. I was in fact reassigned to be her partner.

Unfortunately, as a swap partner she was decidedly flakey. On the swap thread there was a period of time where every few days she would write about a new misfortune that hit her and would delay her packages. Over a period of about three weeks of such posts, I had some pause about her reliability. Each of those events were plausible, it was the frequency of those package hindering events that seemed suspicious.

The holiday deadlines came and went, and on January 9th, I and her other swap partner posted on the thread asking about our package. Her response was defensive and tense enough that I hesitated to contact her again. So I decided that I’d wait and see if she would ever hold up her end of the swap. I’m still waiting. At this point, I’m not likely to join any other swaps she sets up.

    14. I too am here to leave neutral feedback for KageNoHoshimi.

KageNoHoshimi joined my Fairytale Swap which ran from Oct. 11 2013 to Jan. 25 2014 (a little over 3 months time to make and ship). Communication with KageNoHoshimi was great up until the shipping deadline when she claims to have spotty internet access along with a multitude of other reasons for lack of communication (family death, lack of transportation, packages left with irresponsible second shipping person, and items in package being broken were some of the excuses I received for shipping being delayed). This went from the shipping date of Jan. 25 to mid-February when KageNoHoshimi finally sent the packages out. I do want to say that it is not that I disbelieve the trouble she has been claiming but I do want to note that it seemed like every time I PM'd her a new reason for the packages being delayed came up. She did not seem defensive to me in any PM.

Also I was one of KageNoHoshimi's partners and I received an unsatisfactory package. The swap expectations I set up were for participants to complete a full outfit based off their partner's fairytale character plus include at least 3 props/accessories to pair with the outfit. I stated in the swap guidelines that I considered it a full outfit if there were at least 4 articles of clothing and I made it clear that this swap was big on sewing ability. What I received however was a poorly constructed garment made from a store-purchased scarf that was trimmed down to size with sloppily sewn on hook and eyes (ref 1). The cut edge of the garment was left raw without a hem and had begun to fray or was pulled apart to look rough (ref 2). There was no fray check or anything else to keep the garment from unraveling and has since further frayed due to being handled even gently. So I cannot recommend KageNoHoshimi for a sewing swap due to the poor construction of the garment when she had over 3 months to make.

I do want to note that I did receive very lovely props and accessories from KageNoHoshimi. My character was the Little Mermaid and I received a beautiful little fork, some shells, a crystal gem, pearls and a little glass bowl which I am very happy with and are the reason I chose neutral feedback instead of negative/flaky. I would recommend KageNoHoshimi for a prop and/or accessories swap because she does send lovely props/accessories.

So in conclusion I would recommend KageNoHoshimi for a props/accessories swap but I would not be able to recommend her for a sewing swap.

    15. KageNoHoshimi took part in my Christmas present swap. Things went well but due to some unexpected things happening in her life all her swap parcels were delayed for quite a long time. We all have lives outside the forums and swaps and I do understand it gets overwhealming at times but I would hope that when having problems KageNoHoshimi would at least contact the person holding the swap when she clearly was unable to send her things until the due date. She did answer everytime I asked about her parcels and when she would be sending them but I would have preferred her contacting me BEFORE the due dates were gone. In her e-mails KageNoHoshimi was very polite and nice so that's a positive thing and I felt that she clearly was sorry about the delay on the presents. But everything ended well for this swap and her partners got their presents in the end. So I would give her a neutral feedback on this one as she did everything that she was supposed to and since the problems that she faced were the reason her parcels were late.

    16. KageNoHoshimi recently finished a layway with me for a Granado Nuevo female body, and she was very nice to communicate with, though some of her payemnts were delayed, but she did have actual reasons, (which I can confirm because she's local), and after paypal took away 6 cents in fees from her final payment, she even made sure that I recieved them in person when I gave her the body. She has been a pleasure to work with, and I would do business with her again.

    17. Recently bought a head from KageNoHoshimi—swift shipping and great communication. Very friendly too. A pleasure to buy from!

    18. I sold a Soom Wolf Knight to KageNoHoshimi.

She was lovely to deal with, answered communications promptly and the layaway payments were not only on time; they were paid off early :).

I am very happy with this transaction.

    19. KageNoHoshimi took part in my Medieval swap. I'm givin her FLAKEY feedback. She told me for 7 months she was going to be making her gifts to her partners but never sent anything. She however did receive two parcels herself which have not been returned. I would not recommend her to any swaps due to my experiences on this one.
