  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. kiomi2013 asked for a two week hold and 1-2 month layaway. I agreed to this.
      The week after the two week hold I ask how much and when she was going to pay me. She ignored this numerous times, and only replied when I answered her questions. Eventually she admits that she does "not like layaway , lol" and that she won't have a schedule of when she will pay me, but "send you the money any time i have".

      kiomi2013 then informed me I was not going to be paid until she received the money from her sale, which would be in a month's time. I ask for a $50 deposit, in case I waited a month just to be told her buyer didn't pay, so she couldn't pay me. She wanted me to wait until Tuesday, which I said was fine, but I still wanted that $50.

      This caused kiomi2013 to cancel the transaction, telling me I was rude, threatening her with bad feedback and she has had perfect transactions on here before. She also resented I wrote a message in French; "even translate things for me , saying that i do not understand what you are writing like i am an idiot".

      While I may have been snappy at her (having your questions ignored and then finding out you'd have to wait a month without any prior knowledge would do that to you!), I am truly sorry for that. And my threats were repeatedly saying that if she didn't pay in the agreed time, I was going to keep all payments (as stated in my sales thread) and have to leave appropriate feedback. I thought she didn't understand this, as she ignored it and continued stalling me. As she is from France, her English was readable but not perfect and she was ignoring my questions, I thought she couldn't understand exactly what I was saying. So I wrote a message in French, hoping it would help communication. There was no intent to treat kiomi2013 like an idiot.

      If kiomi2013 had TOLD me what was happening, I would have made allowances and let her continue the transaction exactly as she wanted it. But she deliberately withheld information, deliberately ignored my questions, breaking the agreed contract between us. Layaways are a set payment schedule agreed by both buyer and seller, not when the buyer feels like paying.

    3. I sold a Minifee Celine for Kiomi2013. I got my payments in time (layaway) and I was informed when package arrived. Communication would be a little bit better though, otherwise I am happy. Thank you.

    4. Kiomi2013 just purchased a Feeple60 Chloe head from me and the transaction went perfectly! She was a sweetheart to deal with and very good about making a deposit quickly and communicating with me on our agreement. She was GREAT to deal with! THANK YOU!!

    5. Kiomi2013 bought a Minifee New Family head from me. She paid very quickly and replied to all of my messages quickly too. She was a nice girl to deal with and was very understanding when she wasn't 100% happy with the head which allowed us to reach a mutual agreement :) thank you!

      The head arrived quickly and everything was perfect.

    12. I bought a Soony head that had a Delicate Reflections face-up from kiomi2013. The sale photos show that there are NO damage to the face-up, but she arrived to me wrapped just in bubble wrap in a box without a face protector. Needless to say the sealant is scuffed and chipped, the blushing on the ears rubbed off. It arrived to me not looking the same as the sales photos. I was pretty upset at this. She offered to refund me $20 which I guess is better than nothing. She took a bit to ship the head, but it got to me pretty fast once it had shipped.

    13. I purchased MNF Rendia from Kiomi2013 with partial trade. Transaction went smoothly and responses we quick. She let me know before purchase that she could ship her few weeks later, since she wasn't home, but I didn't mind waiting a bit ^^ Once shipped, doll arrived quickly. Thank you!

    15. Joined kiomi2013's split order for Feeple Cygne.
      Transaction was a great even when I got the ppfee wrong. She was very understanding and allowed me to topup to the right amount.

      As we had to wait slightly longer for the doll to arrive due to a delay from Fairyland's side (faceup artist fell sick) we got to chat more which I enjoyed.

      kiomi2013 was also mindful of the expensive shipping fee and tried to lower it down without much compromising the quality of the parcel. She did a wonderful wrapping and it arrived in perfect condition.
