It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. Ly-die bought my LTF Ante. She paid fast and was wonderful to deal with. She made sure I had correct address and we both wait for her to arrive in her new home.

    3. I'm having to leave flakey feedback for Ly-die despite me trying very hard to resolve this myself. I'm giving up on a resolution now.

      She messaged me on 17/07 to enquire about my Pukifee Pong Pong that I was selling. We messaged back and forth and then on the same day (17/07) Ly-die decided to buy him and chose her shipping method. Up to here I was very impressed with how quickly we had conversed and closed the deal on the exact same day!

      I sent over all my paypal information and a couple of days I messaged her to ask if she was still interested in the doll and I had a reply on 19/07 where she said she would pay on Friday (today) "if you do not have a problem". I expressed my concern that I had not been informed that it would be a week until payment as I was not open to layaway (as stated in my sale thread) and I have messaged her a couple more times but had not had responses. I have finally received a message saying that someone was meant to buy her Lishe and they had pulled out so she couldn't get my doll anymore.

      I've turned two other people away for Ly-die to buy this doll and no doubt I will have lost those potential buyers. The sale started out so well with all messages quickly replied to and I guessed the payment would have been the same, especially with Ly-Die being visable on the forum often - even a quick PM would suffice just to keep me up to date! She says she has not been at home yet she has had access to DOA but I never received a message until I stated I would refuse to sell to her if I hadn't heard by this evening.

      Unfortunately I will not deal with Ly-die again which is a shame because she seemed so nice.
