Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. I purchased a lovely pair of ballet feet from Magnetic Duckling and two pairs of ballet slippers. The feet are gorgeous and in a lovely resin. Magnetic Duckling was kind enough to artist pour these for me and the attention to detail is exquisite. The slippers are perfect and correct in every detail. Emails were quickly returned in a kind and courteous manner. Shipping was reasonable and swift from France. I was delighted with this entire transaction and would happily recommend Magnetic Duckling.

      I don't have enough sparkling and musical words to express HOW MUCH I love to deal with Magnetic Duckling. To give you a quick outlook - I own 9 (and I spell it here - NINE) of her Sarah dolls so far. Magnetic Duckling is always the Queen of Customer Service, polite, accurate and... FUN! Lots and lots of fun and pure pleasure to do business with. I can't recall how many boxes she shipped me, but it was ALWAYS the same outcome - simply the best. The top of the line. She is a wonderful artist and a great person. I always look forward for her new creations. It's a big honor for me to do business with you. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!

    4. Magnetic Duckling purchased a Twigling Ingenieuse in tan skin from me :)
      super-fast payment, wonderful person to deal with, she adopted the doll even if it had some chippings and flaws, and I'm happy because I know she's the one who can fix all of them.
      Perfect communication, amazing transaction, everything amazing. I highly recommend her and I would be honoured to deal with her again anytime!
