It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. I adopted a YoSD girl and a Volks MSD Toppi from masumi_zu. Both dolls arrived in perfect condition. They were very well packed, promptly shipped and arrived with many extras. Masumi_zu was very friendly to communicate with and was patient with payment. I highly recommend her when buying a doll. Thanks so much!

      She asked trade with my doll and we even set up date and time.
      she was asking for if there's additonal items I can sell ,
      And she suddenly told me she cannot trade cos of her univercity.
      Not even sure It's real or not , but please think before doing trade with this person.

    7. I bought Masumi_zu's Pipos Bingo. She was nice and answered my PM's kindly. He was packages well and arrived with no damage. She was very understanding when an issue came up and solved it completely to my satisfaction. :) I wish she'd answer more promptly but I understand people have lives ^^ otherwise, Good seller!

    9. I have been in a transaction with masumi-zu since October 2011. We agreed to do a layaway for her Volks Nana and Volks YOSD Kun that would finish up in March. I finished my end of the layaway and she still hasn't sent the dolls. She avoids me and ignores my messages here on DoA and on other media sites. I've filed a police report against her and at this point I'm considering this theft.

      I have lost about $1,200.00 + paypal fees because of her irresponsible behavior. I did a paypal dispute but was only able to recover one of my payments totaling about $160.

      I would not advise anyone to do business with her unless they want to be scammed.

      Here's my ongoing paging thread that she refuses to acknowledge, respond or even post on the paging thread despite having signed in.
