It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     4. Pixipop set up a really fun swap, but unfortunately soon stopped communicating in a timely fashion and did not acknowledge any PMs from myself. Some members were PMed their swap partner’s details by Pixipop; others, including myself, were not. Eventually, Pixipop put up a list of partners, asking us to PM our swap partners ourselves. Some of the swap pairs were different to Pixipop’s original pairings, causing problems for those who’d already started sewing. After she had posted the list, she did not return to the swap thread or communicate with any swap members, including myself, again.

      I had an enjoyable swap experience, but mainly because myself and my swap partner were proactive and kept in touch regarding our gifts. I hope that if Pixipop decides to run a swap in future, she will take into consideration if she has the time to do so, and plans it a little more carefully.

    5. As previously mentioned, Pixipop ran a swap, but disappeared entirely after a short period.
      From all the communications so far, about 11 out of 24 people didn't receive any gifts, probably as a result of loss of confidence after the leader's disappearance.

As mentioned in the top 2 feedbacks Pixipop ran a pirate/ninja swap and dropped out of communication about halfway through, with no explination, she did not update the first post with all the entrants she posed a list of swap partners but did not pm most of us our persons address or info we had to do that ourselves and she refused to return pms from me about my swap person diapering. I will not join a swap run by Pixipop again. It has been 6 months since the shiping deadline she posted, and many of us in the swap still have unresolved or missing swaps
