It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     6. Meip was a participant in my Fairytale Swap. She is a wonderful swap participant and was understanding when her partner flaked on her. She is wonderful to deal with and I would highly recommend her for any swap. :)

    9. Negative/Flakey Feedback *
      ATC Swap

      Meip was communicative when I approached her about her swap, and I have been extremely gracious in allowing her to remake/resend her cards to her partner. (I kept the swap open past the deadline and into the next month afterwards) Her partner still has not received her cards. From my understanding, Meip has been very busy in her personal life. I left adequate messages and bumped the swap topic with updates. I left appropriate warnings, and I did receive timely responses. However, her swap partner never received her cards, and I can not keep the swap topic open any longer.

      *I will be happy to change th​is feedback if you have proof you sent the cards at least. (please feel free to contact me!)

      I do not believe that Meip intentionally meant to flake, and there could be other reasons that prevented her part of the swap from being completed, but since I do not know as of this date, I am leaving flakey feedback.

    10. Negative/ Flakey Feedback
      Meip participated in my intermediate outfit swap, she was communicative at first but did ask for an extension. She told me she had her partner's outfit all ready to ship but it was never received. I also asked for photographs of the receipts from all swap members so that if something went missing we had evidence it was posted; as I received no photo evidence I can only assume she never posted it. Despite PMing her many times there has been no response.
      I have had to make a replacement gift for her partner and am very disappointed to have to leave negative feedback because I have given Meip plenty of chances to respond.

    11. POSITIVE FEEDBACK!!!

      even though i could see she had flakey feedback i allowed miep to join my swap-swap because i had been in swaps with her in the past where she made lovely gifts for her partner and because she offered what i felt was an honest explanation for her flaky feedbacks.

      she shipped her gift on time, and all items met the value and quality requirements and her partner was delighted with their gifts! i would happily allow miep into another of my swaps in the future!

      @Meip requested to join my Neko Atsutme swap and was straightforward about her negative experiences in the past.
      I allowed her to join the swap and she kept us updated with progress during the ck in dates, shipped accordingly, and made an extremely adorable hoodie for her partner.
      I would accept and recommend her for future swaps.

      meip was in my 'eye for an eye' swap and shipped both of her partner's lovely eyes and within the time limit, she was polite and a joy to have, i look forward to having her in more of my swaps in the future!

    14. NEGATIVE / Flakey Feedback

      Meip took part in my Envelope around the world SWAP and simply dissapeared. She got lovely items from the other participants in der group but send nothing in return, we tried to contact her in different ways but without any result.

      I will never do business with Meip again and recommend anybody who thinks about having her join a Swap or doing a trade to re-think the decision.
