  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     14. I purchased a Limhwa ToYou from Melusine, and the transaction went very well! Communication was always excellent and the shipping was as quick as possible; the doll was exceedingly well-packed and carefully bubble-wrapped.

      There was a brief issue with the French post office which led to the parcel being delayed--an issue which was not Melusine's fault at all, I hasten to add--and Melusine not only checked up on the package with me, she checked up on the package with the post office, discovered the issue, and immediately took steps to fix it.

      All in all, a good transaction (perhaps not the smoothest, but that was not her fault at all) and I would definitely do business with Melusine again. :)

      The doll went missing, through no fault of Melusine’s, but because of her excellent packing and use of tracking numbers she was able to find the doll and re-pack and send to me.

      Melusine went above and beyond what one hopes for from a seller, I cannot recommend her enough

    19. I bought a doll from Melusine. Getting in contact with her was repeatedly very difficult, and the doll was apparently destroyed in a postal truck accident, but Melusine promptly gave me a full refund for my money.
      I am informed by other sources that Melusine's failure to communicate is due to an illness. I hope she feels better soon.
