It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     9. Mika86 “flaked” out of a transaction I had with her for a Kid Delf Cherry.

      At the beginning of June, Mika86 posted in my sales thread and after PMing her she said she wanted photos which I was happy to give her.

      On 02/06/09 – I put the doll on hold, as asked for.

      On 03/06/09 after some more talk about the doll she said she would buy her - I even offered to include a necklace with it that she was also interested in.

      On 05/06/09 – She decided what method she wanted the doll shipped by after I had given her various different shipping quotes all using different methods for her to choose.

      On 06/06/09 - I sent her totals with my paypal address for her to send the money.

      On 08/06/09 – After she didn’t reply for a I messaged her asking if she was still interested.

      On 09/06/09 - she told me that she was and that the money would be in her account in the next few days. I was away on holiday from the 10th to the 16th and we had agreed on payment when I was home. Giving her plenty of time to make sure the money had reached her Paypal account. Once I was back from holiday, I PMed her to let her know I was home.

      On 17/06/09 - there was no payment so I resent my details with totals and heard nothing from her since before I went on holiday (09/06/09).

      I sent her several PMs which went unread (I believe these to be the ones I sent when I got back from my holiday) even though she has been online and bumping her threads/posting the whole time. I thought she just no longer wanted it so I put it back up for sale and let her know.

      However, now she is bumping a WTB thread for several Kid Delfs including a Cherry. I posted in it stating I still had mine for sale - in case for some reason she forgot or something. She has since bumped her thread and continued to ignore my messages.

      I am hugely disappointed and upset that this has happened. I have also lost out on several other buyers because I kept the doll on hold for so long. I will not be doing business again with Mika86. All I wanted was to be told that the buyer was no longer interested instead of wasting so much time :(
