It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. Sorry to say though i love him to death he was NOT in the condition mentioned when when saw the thread to buy him.
      We were told he was super clean and only had previously some old Stains from his original Faceup.. which had been removed.. So we didn't think of much other than we wanted to give him a new one anyway.

      We appreciate her selling him to us but he was really dirty..I was really put off to how filthy he was ;-; I'd never give someone anything without making sure it was AS CLEAN AS POSSIBLE x-x; And if I couldn't get it clean myself I sure as hell would have stated that...

      START of the damage head to toe
      I can understand using some double stick tape for a shifty wig right? his HEADCAP was disgusting and stained. He had brown and grey stains the extra gumminess from the Tape clinging to his head it was tacky ALL over and gross...
      He had grey/black stains underneath his head around the top of his neck and stains on EVERY part of his body back and front and he was pretty dusty too. His knees had stains his Shoulders forearms.. his back his tush everything had some sort of scuff mark on it ;-; which was really upsetting....
      I Spent 2 and a half hours cleaning him with a magic eraser and some baby soap... ick... i near cried.. but all is good now.. He's squeaky clean( literally )

      ;-; i just didn't think i'd have a over two hour cleaning project to do she said he was clean.. and he most certainly was not.. I am glad we have him but it wasnt the only problem we had Keet will post under me with the other issue we had...

    2. The other issue we had was communication.. Yes, I do realize she lives in Germany and She did go on vacation whist the transaction was taking place and that was fine... However there were a couple times where there would be a couple days before we got any replies and she would be on DoA those days... The fastest she would respond is when it concerned payment and to me that's a little bit rude... and our questions were never really answered fully.. Just briefly.. She never answered us when we asked about the original owner, we were just curious and wanted to know.

      And when problems arose, she pushed the blame to us... Normally i'm a very open and nice person, but that to me is really not cool.

      I do thank her for letting us pay in incriments though and putting him on layaway, but I expected her to be a little more professional when it came to taking care of things.
