Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     2. Noirapple emailed me order forms for both my Glass Eyes and Shoes and Boots group order and was promptly added to the participant lists in both threads. The orders ran through their courses, with the threads being bumped by me regularly. Updates for when each order would close as well as for when invoices would be sent were posted to each thread as well.

      My issue with Noirapple is the poor communication from her end. She waited until I sent her an invoice for both separate orders to ask me to cancel her orders, stating that she didn't hear anything back from me so she went and ordered from someone else.

      I ask all my participants to pay attention to the threads and I also let it be known that I don't have time to individually respond to every order that I get. She was added to each participant list promptly and I cannot be held at fault for her refusal to pay attention to the thread.

      Also, when she asked me to delete her order after I sent her the Glass Eyes invoice, she never mentioned anything about doing the same for the Shoes and Boots order which would have saved me a little bit of time in the end. If she'd paid attention to the threads, she would have known when invoices were being sent to ask me before I sent her one.

      This is a prime example of the reason why I ask that anyone that contacts me to actually read through my threads first.

      I would have not as been bothered by it if she had been a bit more considerate of my time. I sent her the Glass Eyes invoice on the 7th and I sent the Shoes and Boots invoice on the 19th. She emailed me on the 7th to delete her Glass Eyes order, without mentioning anything about the other order she signed up for. As before, after the invoice was sent for the Shoes and Boots order, she did the same thing again.

      I know sometimes other people may not stop to consider other people's time, but my time is valuable and for this blatant disregard of that fact, I will not do business with this member again.
