Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     13. [SIZE="-10"]Pheonix was a participant in my very first LUTS group order and everything went so well, even with a slight shipping mishap made on my part. Payments were prompt, good communication was kept up on her end and she was very understanding when I mixed up the wigs and sent hers to a different participant while sending the other participant's wig to her. It really goes without saying that I would not mind having her in another one of my orders.

    16. I hate to resort to this, because part of me sees it as more trouble than it's worth.

      Late June/early July, Pheonix and I set up an arrangement in which I would trade a Bobobie Apollo head (when he arrived in the mail) and $60 for her B&G Afra head. The plan was that I would pay her the money and she would send Afra to me. When Apollo arrived, she was trusting me to send the head to her.

      Communication was kept up for about a week and long delays began showing up between her replies. Eventually, she PM'ed me to say that the unsealed faceup she was working on had been ruined due to an accident in which water was spilled on the head. I told her it was fine, because Apollo wasn't expected to ship until the end of September. She restarted his faceup and sent pictures a few weeks later in a PM. She asked if there was anything I wanted changed to the faceup, and I asked for darker eyes ONLY if it would be a problem. She insisted it wasn't and I have not heard from her since.

      Several PMs were sent from early August to late September, when I sent a PM reminding her that my Apollo was in the mail (heading to me) and I would send her the $60 as soon as she replied. I still haven't heard back from her, even though her profile shows that she has been signed in several times since all of my PMs were sent.

      I'm not so much concerned since I recognized that her responses were becoming suspiciously few and far between, so I never sent the money or head. I'm really just more concerned to learn wether or not our deal is off. I still want the head, but I would rather have this resolved for the sake of any others that have posted interest in buying from her sales thread.

      So please, Pheonix, PM me as soon as possible so we can get this figured out. I will leave negative feedback if necessary, and I don't want to ruin any future business you might get.
