  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. Feedback for Pipos! (Baha's, Bao's, Curo's etc)

    1. I just wanted to start a feedback thread for Pipos, because I've got wonderful things to say about them :)

      I bought a Baha from them but because he was a special Xmas Limited his feet parts are shoes instead of little paws. I contacted Pipos to ask if there was any possibility of buying some paw feet for him so I can swap them when I feel like it and they sent me some for free! All I had to do was pay for the shipping which was practically nothing ^_^

      They arrived in double-quick time and in a huge pink box! Full of bubblewrap ^_^ They sent me some little S-hooks for them too so I don't have to worry about losing the ones for his shoe-feet!

      Pipos have been fantastic throughout both this transaction and the one where I bought my Baha and I really can't express how much I love this company - their customer service is amazing and if they say they'll do something they really do!

      Any more good/bad things to say about them? :)
       
    2. I ordered a Heero from Pipos last month- it was my first time ordering a BJD so I was nervous, but everything went smoothly :)

      I placed my order on Feb 11th & paid straight away through Paypal. My payment was confirmed in a few hours & then began the wait for my kitty *_* But only two weeks later I had a shipping notice, & she arrived home on Feb 29th. I ordered a little yellow outfit for her too, & Pipos even co-ordinated her eyes & added a yellow bow so she all matched!

      Fantastic company, I definitely recommend them :aheartbea

      * How was the communication? Good. I ask them can i get a Ringo with a little make-up changed, they said no. but that dosent matter:)
      * How easy was it to pay? Easy. My friedn helps me to use PP
      * How long did it take to ship? only 9 days! really fast! And EMS period are 5days, from Korea to China
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes!
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes! Prettier!

    4. * What did you order? Sugar Robin and a picnic dress with bonnet to fit her (you need to order the correct size)
      * When did you order? July 17
      * How was the communication? Good! I used the 1:1 method though, and not the general boards
      * How easy was it to pay? Very. I used Paypal
      * How long did it take to ship? Exactly 2 weeks. She arrived on July 31 (technically she arrived at the airport the day before, however.)
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Not sure how to answer this question regarding overall cost, as she is my first bjd. I do think that it was well worth the extra cost to have the limited faceup vs. the regular Robin faceup! The dress was a little pricey because it was just the dress and bonnet (no bloomers or socks, etc). But they are nicely made.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Even cuter!
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Yes. The clothes are adorable and the doll is lovely.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? This is not a comment about being unsatisfied. In fact, I was the one who caused the problem! When I chose shipping, I chose EMS Premium because it was only a couple of dollars more. I went ahead with the entire transaction and even sent payment. Feeling nervous about maybe choosing the wrong shipping, I used the 1:1 to ask....Sure enough, I was wrong! But they were very helpful and everything got resolved. Yay for Pipos!

      Oh, I forgot to add that they included a cute little plushie so that my Sugar Robin had a travelling companion. Cute!

      * When did you order? September 14, 2007.
      * How was the communication? Easy.
      * How easy was it to pay? Very; I also used Paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship? Only 8 days, though I couldn't pick her up until the 9th day. Happy almost-birthday, Minnaloushe!
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Definitely; the limited outfit was adorable and the faceup was nicely done and gives her a lot of personality.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Every bit as cute and then some!
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Extremely! :aheartbea I was particularly pleased to get the color of eyes I'd been hoping for, although that was coincidental. I happen to be getting my next Pipos doll from Dolls and Friends, but I'd buy from Pipos again without hesitation.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? N/A; there were no problems at all.
