Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     13. I am sorry to say that I have poor feedback for this member. I had a msd coffin for sale or trade for clothes and she offered to make some custom clothing for one of my dolls, that was over two months ago.
      Emails were great at first then slowly piddled to nothing....I had to email to find out what was up, she claimed email problems and kept promising that everything was ok and that she would send pictures of clothes...she said they would would be done in a week-ish....then I heard nothing.....that was the first of December.

      I did have some offers on my coffin, later in the trade and I declined them because I was looking forward to seeing the outfit she was making.....and I recieved...nada.

      there has been deaths in the family and other health emergencies. my son comes first especially since he is only 1. I have had to try to relocate, having an apratment that is literally falling apart around our ears which has caused our health problems, had it fail and now. come and see my family vs our rental office: court date, jan 30, 2007 9:30 am , 500 4th street, wilmington DE 19801. I have recieved nothing from you either since dec 1st. we had great communication then nothing, on both sides.
      So in light of everything I forgot.
      I can only offer the outfit finished, and I did tell you you could sell the coffin because it was taking me so long. you opted to hold. I feel that the feedback you left is in bad form but i will not renig on our deal. please pm shipping address to send clothing. I am not angry, just tired.

I had tried to contact you during Nov and never heard anything back, the last pm I recieved from you {early Dec} was an apology that you were having Pm problems and that the outfit would be finished in a week-ish and that you would send pic. before sending....your words..there wasn't any mention of deaths in the family, illness, home problems..so I waited.. I didn't pry or push...because at the time I was also waiting for an outfit that I had won from a contest on another forum...it was also into two months waiting and anytime I asked about it or to see if she needed more pics of my doll..she came down on me for being impatient..and that she was a teacher and had to grade final exams..yada yada...so instead of getting it again from someone else I just waited silently.
      I held off with other people's offers because frankly I was looking forward to seeing the outfit.
      You really didn't keep in contact with me much and as I said I wasn't about to push...
      I am a patient and fair person...I am sorry if you had family situations, it just would have been nice to know ..instead of being kept in the dark....but that's life for you...*_*

      I will still hold up my end of the trade also and I harbor no hard feelings.

    19. Shipping was a bit slow but with bad weather and inept postman that happens. She was very quick to fix the mistakes and even spent her own money to ensure I got my package faster. Thank you and once again I am sorry for the trouble!

    20. Well our souldoll group order did went a bit slowly, but it was during the holiday rush and Souldoll was taking longer than normal to ship things out. Some mail problems occured during the shipping from rjladya2 to me, but she was responsive to my posts and the mail arrived safely ^^

      So overall I'd say it was a pleasant experience dealing with her ^^
