It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     8. In early May, I participated in a group order run by Robin - and for the most part, it was very successful. I placed my order on the 13th, and from then on, I was updated regularly on the status of the order. I was eventually sent an email which stated that the dolls that were ordered had arrived, but the eyes and shoes would be coming later. Understanding that this was AoD's problem and not Robin's, I asked her to go ahead and send the doll and to send the eyes later.

      I received the doll in a matter of a couple of days, and he looks wonderful. He's really gorgeous, and I am 100% satisfied with how the transaction went up until this point. :) Then came the time to wait for the eyes. On the 28th of May, Robin emailed to say that the eyes had arrived. I thanked her and began waiting for them to arrive. Today, on the 18th, they are finally here. But when I looked at the package, I noticed that it said the eyes hadn't been sent off until the 16th of June - over two weeks since she notified me that they had been shipped.

      I'm not leaving negative feedback, really, because the transaction went smoothly for the most part - I just find it appropriate to let DoA know about the difficulty I had receiving these eyes.

    10. I entered into a transaction for a AoD 1/3 female body in April, and have yet to receive any news of the group order or of any problems with the order. My payment, however, was accepted. I have made several attempts to contact her with no avail, but am still open to the transaction being completed (as I can't receive my money back).

      Hopefully I can update this later with a happy ending!
