It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     4. I purchased a Souldoll Swinte from Rocket this month and had a flawless transaction. I PM'ed a few questions to Rocket prior to purchase and they answered all my questions in a timely manner. Once I committed to the purchase and paid, Rocket let me know payment was received and gave me a projected time frame of shipment. When they shipped the doll, they PM'ed me to confirm shipment and even went above and beyond to provide me photos of the packing job, outer box and receipt. :)

      When the item finally arrived today, I found everything to be in impeccable condition as described in their thread. They were even kind enough to send 2 free outfits with my new doll. Lastly, they PM'ed me to confirm delivery and close out our transaction. Overall the experience was wonderful, and very worry free! I know they do not have a lot of feedback currently, but trust that this is an honest seller who will provide a good experience for future buyers!

    5. I purchased a Luts Limited Carmine Romance Ver. in normal skin from Robot Chicken and had a very pleasant buying experience. Communication was friendly and professional- they answered all my questions and were very understanding/reassuring of any concerns I may I have had. In total the transaction was very quick and seamless- they let me know when the head would be shipped, provided a tracking number, and an estimated delivery date promptly. Robot Chicken was incredibly thorough in this process and even offered to show photos. The head was shipped the day after payment (Tuesday) and arrived on Thursday of the same week!

      The head was in perfect condition upon arrival, incredibly secure and well packaged. It looked to be NEW as described, despite being made 4 years ago. I’m very impressed with this seller and would absolutely recommend them to future buyers. Thank you so much! Positive! :daisy

    6. Rocket Chicken was very accommodating. They sold me a Gem of Doll Ares and shipped her out to me even though they were moving when I contacted them. The pricing was reasonable, she was packed well, the shipping was inexpensive, she arrived safely, and the seller even answered some questions I had after she arrived and I realized that Gem of Doll doesn't write their manufacture date on their CoA's every time. Overall, a good seller, nice to talk to, and I would recommend them!
