Feedback for Shelbelly

I was lucky enough to be allowed to adopt one of Shelbellys home made boys, and the whole transaction from start to finish was fantastic.

Communication from her was amazing, always friendly, even when I stuffed up, the doll is beyond words in his engineering and sculpting. Packaging and service was absolutely first rate, and the extras were incredible (not that the boy is EVER going to be allowed to wear his human feet lol! But the certificate and care sheet were definitely a wonderful bonus)

Shelbelly was very upfront about what she considered to be flaws, but they were no where near as bad as she described, and only enhanced his charm. If I wanted perfect, I would buy a company doll and pay for a sanding service.. I wanted unique and full of personality, and thats exactly what I got.

Australia, and the BJD hobby in general, needs more artists like Shelbelly, who focus on customer service as well as interpreting a creative vision.

I am really looking forward to seeing more of Shelbellys work, and perhaps being lucky enough to get a second creation one day.

I had such a great time working with Shelbelly on a custom fur wig and tail project! She sent me sketches of what she was after, and was absolutely great at communicating all the details and answering all the questions I had about the designs. Replies and payment were always prompt, and she was kind enough to send pics of everything modeled by her beautiful boy!

It was an absolute pleasure, and I'd be more than happy to work with her again, anytime!

she sent payment immediately, and her communication has been kind and flawless all the time.
she is a kind and understanding person. when sending her pics of the horn, I haven't been precise and caring enough to notice the air bubbles inside the clear resin, and I didn't mention the defect to her. she has been disappointed at the arrival, but she also gave me useful advices on how to check better the items. she also refused my offer of a refund, and she kept the item.
I'm really sorry for my mistake, but all together I have to say that she has been a wonderful person and an even better buyer.

I bought a Soom Cuprit from Shelbelly and it was honestly one of the greatest transactions I've had. She's super nice and super patient and was very understanding when I needed to extend my (already long) layaway.
communication was great, and the doll was immediately shipped after I made the last payment. It was packed very well and she even added a little gift.

I just wanted to thank Shelbelly for all her help. I had asked her if soom obsidius fantasy parts would fit the new soom body. She took pictures for me to show that they would not. This person is probably one of the nicest sellers I have met so far. I recommend this person 10000%!! If there is ever another chance, I hope to do business with this person in the future.
