Feedback for Starherd

Posting a positive for purchase from Starherd over at ebay.
I bought a chair and it was lovely. She was fast, accepted payment when whe said she would, mailed on time and took extra care in bubble wrapping the chair.
I'm very happy with her and would love to buy from her again.

 

I bought a pair of Wings from Starherd, good communication and they arrived with no problems
highly recommended

 

Starherd purchased an IP Tanned Dreaming Lion from me on a short layaway - she was a wonderful buyer; absolutely no problems and a super sweet person to work with. I would have no second thoughts buying from or selling to her again!

I purchased two small Parasol's from Starherd.

Except for the courier being a pain and taking so damn long, which wasn't in any way her fault, there were absolutely no problems.

She was very communicative when I expressed worry about the delay and tried everything in her power (inquired to her post office about it, even recommended a refund till they arrived) in hopes to settle my fears.

When they arrived they were wrapped and packed nicely. No damage to the parasols, perfect condition, just as advertised.

Great seller! Will buy from again.

I purchased a MNF Shiwoo Head from Starherd.
She accepted payment prompty and shipped quickly.
The parcel was damaged, poorly packed and defiantley not secure but otherwise the item's are in decent shape.

Communication was fair... minus the sudden outburst and rudeness.
Insulted me several times before cutting communication.

I'm glad the item arrived in the end but I will never to buisness with her again, I rate this transaction overall... "uncouth and stressful".

 

I will happily share the details of my transaction with Warumono with anyone who would like to see, and encourage that their feedback be inspected.
They're behaving very strangely for someone who asked for, and received, a $20 discount, after having me perform a further several hours of work on the head they wanted to buy. I do not understand why they feel that they are entitled to harass me after I've already gone beyond what I stated I'd do in my marketplace ad. (In the ad, I stated that I would not wipe the faceup, and a third extra wig was included in addition to the two stated, because the buyer said that any extra items for their dolls were welcome.)

I'm interested to know how they were insulted several times, given that my communications after their outburst were to tell them that threatening to report me (for ceasing communication?) less than 24 hours after their payment (when I hadn't even returned home yet for the day) was out of line and incomprehensible behavior, and to tell them their tracking number. A check of my feedback here and on ebay (over 740 100% positive feedback over the past ten years) clearly shows that I take business a bit more seriously than to waste time insulting a customer, no matter how upsetting and threatening that customer may be.

I also invite anyone else who as experienced poor packaging on my part to please speak up, as I cannot fix a problem that I have not previously heard about.

I have nothing to hide and leave honest feedback without embellishment. I encourage all forum members to do the same.

I rate the transaction with this former customer unacceptable and abusive, and will not be doing business with them again.

Oh and just to add in for common sense... nobody really knows or cares for the "real story" behind this or "either side" of it.

I more so find it amusing in the long run... it's quite jouvenile.

I sold some pants to Starherd. It was a super fast, smooth transaction! Definetly recommended!
