Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     6. I purchased a Dollzone Lulu and Dollzone Finggo from Sylph. The transaction was very smooth and easy. The dolls arrived safely without any problems.

      Communication: Sylph was always very prompt in answering any message sent, and kept me up to date on the sale status. She also promptly provided any pictures that I requested. I asked about combined shipping for two of her sale dolls, and she agreed readily.

      Shipping: The dolls were shipped very quickly after I sent my payment. Sylph updated me on the status of shipping, and even told me right away when the post office did not include a tracking number for the shipment.

      Dolls:       The dolls exactly match the description posted in the sales threads. Sylph packed both dolls very safely and securely, with care for the non-standard parts. All items indicated on the sales threads were included in the box.

      In short, I am very satisfied with the transaction, and would recommend working with Sylph in the future.

    18. Bought a Doll Family H Allen head from sylph! She was perfect throughout the whole thing and was a pleasure to deal with. The head came very well packaged! The box had quite a dint in it when it arrived (because delivery people can't be careful when delivering apparently -_-) and I was worried! But it was so well packaged inside! Lots of padding and cushioning! Would definitely buy from again :) Extremely happy! Thank you!!! :D
