It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     5. I bought a soom Shale/tuff hybrid from Jendaw and the sale was just perfect!
      We arranged a short layaway together and the doll was sent as soon as I was done paying. The doll was perfectly wrapped, clean and exactly as described.
      Jendaw was super sweet and replied quickly to every messages I sent!
      I would 110% recommend her and I would do busyness with her anytime!!!!

      The doll arrived carefully wrapped and packaged. So much so, that you would think it came directly from its company. :)

    12. I bought Dollshe Saint from Jendaw.
      Communication was great and friendly, she answered quickly and with patient. The parcel was sent also quickly.
      Unfortunatelly, courier service lost the parcel and there're has gone a lot of time to establish that it's impossible to find it. Also we waited long time to get insurance money back. But ultimately I have got full refund. Thank you dear for that.
      I'm very sad that because of awful courier service work I haven't got my doll, but Jendaw did all that she can to help me. So I can recommend her as very patient and responsible seller.

She was great with keeping me up to date on progress and great at awnsering all my questions. Still struggling with getting him to stand but doesn't change how much I love him. :)

She answered all my questions quickly, shipped the doll right away, and I couldn't believe how fast the doll arrived from overseas (less than 4 days!)     16. I purchased a Switch Mocha Brown Soseo from Jendaw. They were wonderful from start to finish. Great communication, shipping time, and Soseo was beyond well packed for the long journey from the UK to Canada. Even with all my questions and payment changes they were so patient and helpful. It was such a pleasant experience and I'm so happy to have this beautiful boy home.
