Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     6. I started a four month layaway for a Volks Kaelin for $950+Shipping with kyorenwang after some discussion. A week later I made my first payment of $200 because that was what we agreed on. She was nice, but today on the 23rd of June, I came to find a message saying that the doll's finger had broken off, because she had dropped him. I requested pictures and more news about any other damages. She said that there we scratches and the broken finger. I was fine with that because it was fixable, so I requested a price drop because he wasn't in perfect condition anymore. She said that she'd rather not sell him, because of the imperfections. After a while of trying to get her to agree, I said I'd pay for the full price, (even though he was broken during layaway) and she said she would think about it, only to be finally be told a straight out "no" and forced out of the layaway and refunded. The transaction started out wonderfully, and ended with being a fickle transaction that I am not happy to say that I was apart of. I would most likely not consider dealing with her again.

    7. once again, I am very sorry about this transcation. After I received the deposit, and about 5 days later, the doll was fallen from the cabinet's top to the floor, the finger is broken and have several scratches. (maybe hidden damages not discovered yet)

      Since the conditions do not match with the original statues and unknown damages might happen in the furture. I really feel guilty to sell him anymore. Changing prices will be another complicate issue. So I would prefer to cancel the order and find a perfect conditioned doll instead.

      I would prefer to sell kaelin as a perfect doll. The imperfections and the accident make me to cancel the transcation. I really don't want to sell an imperfect dolls to customers. I am very sorry about what happened to the doll and to von Christ, I should put him in a safer places rather than a place so high. I really not to put a damaged doll for sale ith unknown damages. I am very sorry about this accident, and I hope you will feel better in the furture.

      once again, I am very sorry about the accident and all the inconveniences to her.

    8. I understand all this, but this doesn't beat the fact that you didn't even listen when I said I'd pay full price and deal with it myself. Yes there are imperfections, yes there are damages, but the thing comes right down to that I was willing to deal with it myself. It would be my responsibility then, you would not be blamed for anything. May I say that a basic rule for customer service is that you listen to the customer, and you work with them. If you want to keep him because you like him and that is the real reason, I would prefer to hear that over all these excuses. If you really aren't wanting him and just can't sell him because of some perfection issues, and planning on selling him anyways, why not save yourself the money trying to fix him up and just sell him to the person who still wants him? I gave you this feedback because I was not satisfied, you didn't try to work with me and just left me with a dead end and personally, I still am not satisfied with this transaction. Please understand that the imperfections didn't bother me, the customer, who is supposed to be the person you listen to, even if you don't agree with it.

    12. Oh boy where do I start!

      Kyorenwang did a free face up for my Delf Chiwoo, Ro-chan. Not only was she friendly and easy to talk to she was happy to redo part of the face up to make sure it was perfect.

      Ro looks sooooo good :D I couldn't be happier. Wonderful person to work with in the marketplace.

    14. Kyorenwang did two free faceups for me: one for my Bisou Ai ShuShu, and one for a Pukipuki faceplate. Even though they were very tiny, she did a wonderful job on them! Her communication was quick and friendly, and she shipped the heads back to me ASAP. I would not hesitate to commission her again! :)

    17. I commissioned Kyorenwang with two of my doll head, a tan Migidoll Ryu and a CH Ange Ai Hani, and I couldn't be happier, she followed my descriptions wonderfully and for free faceups... she is crazy to charge nothing! I am so happy, so I gave her a tip! heh

    19. Kyorenwang did an adorable faceup for my Latidoll Lea! She kept in contact with me and did a great job :)
      There was a little smudge of purple near my Lea's ear but I assume Kyorenwang didn't see it, and it should be easy enough to get off with a Mr Clean magic eraser and it should not effect the faceup.
